They slow. Tonight I sat in the drive thru line for 40 minutes before we were told that they were only taking orders on the inside. We went on the inside took 10 more minutes for someone to come to the register. The lady that came to register was helping fill orders, with no gloves and she was wiping sweat with her hands and rood at register to customer in front of me. The food is never fresh. I've gotten hard bread before.

Ordered a grill order, but it was still made wrong. Other food was cold. Shake machine not working, as usual. Cashiers kept switching out on the same register. Had to ask for straws, napkins, ketchup

I really want to know if ketchup is such an expensive and hard-to-find ingredient.. When I stopped by this place for breakfast, I asked for ketchup and was told there was a beverage machine next to it, but it wasn't there. I asked the worker again, and after checking, he reluctantly handed me some packets of ketchup. I felt uncomfortable since morning. I really wonder if they want to cut costs that much, or if they save money because it's expensive and hard to find.
