Was debating on whether or not to rate it 2 stars or 3. Customer Service is nice, but you can easily tell the workers are overworked. As a matter of fact every time I've been there, there is only ever one girl there, and she's very friendly, but you can't expect only one person to be on all the time. I'm honestly only giving 3 stars cause of her. If not for her, definitely a 1 star.The ice cream is terrible. It's very bland and doesn't taste good at all. I didn't have the issue...read full review
