The Cinnabons are so delicious. They are soft. They have the right amount of cinnamon throughout them.

I usually love this place, but I was trying to use my rewards to get a free coffee. I was told by the workers that I couldn’t do this because their manager doesn’t like to honor the Cinnabon app. I had made a purchase and everything. There is no point in me having the reward points if the only Cinnabon in the city won’t honor it.

This location is horrible! Put in a online order directly though the Website and went to go pick it up. There was no one at the counter!! I waited 10 minutes and called several times only to hear a busy signal. This was at 7:11 pm and it closes at 9 pm. If you are closed, have a way so people can't put in online orders and stop wasting people time and money!

My card was charged $23.50 three times! I called to speak to the manager on 4 different days in an effort to resolve the issue. My contact information was left for the manager during my first call. I NEVER HEARD FROM THE MANAGER! After patiently waiting for the manager for a week, I just allowed my bank to handle Cinnabon's error. I WASNT EVEN OFFERED A GIFT CARD FOR THEIR ERROR/ INCONVENIENCE!

Fresh and even though it is not in the food court, you can tell when you are close to the Cinnabon. The scent will draw you in the right direction.
