Bought a new blouse at the gift shop to wear for a fancy birthday dinner my son was taking me to at Zakia restaurant in Atlanta, GA. He even commented how nice the blouse looked on me! Love Cracker Barrel! I get jeans there sometimes too. Oh and the food and service were great. But the gift shop is always my favorite! ?Kid-friendliness: Family friendly! Something for all in the gift shop! Lots of kids toys.

We had a good, attentive server. Other than her, the visit was terrible. And the place was almost empty. The food was dry, burnt, overcooked, and tasted bland. It took way too long to get the food. Had I known it was so bad we would have left. There's no excuse for such as this. Very disappointed.

Server took order never returned to ask about satisfaction with meal. One meal ordered well done delivered medium. I had to stop a server to show it was not well done. Replaced meal but had less potatoes than when I sent it back. Never asked " how was your meal" ? only asked if this one is "ok?" . Overall our worst experience at any Crackerbarrel we have visited . Won't rush back to Crackerbarrel anytime soon. Very disappointing. Albany Georgia location. Evening 5:00 - ish, not busy at all.

Came here for a Sunday brunch with the family. We expected it to be busy for a usual Sunday as is. But they were extremely slow than a typical Sunday service. Our section was barely checked on and had to ask another waitress for things we needed. On top of that, I end up getting sick from their meal. Not sure what it was but I was vomiting and had stomach pain all day. I will not be going there again.Food was meh. Some meals were a hit while others were very bland.

We were given a little corner of turkey dressing, which was not very good, it was hard, and the turkey was dry around the edges. We have had dressing before and got a decent serving size and it was much better.
