You can’t serve your on toppings and that just takes away the point of self serving the yogurt. Which I get it a lot of people makes messes etc but isn’t that the point of self serving your yogurt ?! Also it’s like you are at the mercy of the employee to give you the amount of toppings. Not a lot of variety of yogurt at all. Same as toppings. few machines were down so we didn’t get many options Also service is alright. I have toddler and she took a bite it wasn’t even a bite she lick the spoon while I was trying to get my toppings before of us paying and the lady got upset 1. I get it but she wasn’t eating the entire yogurt 2. It’s a toddler and 3.one lick won’t take much money out of your pockets. Absolutely bizarre. The yogurt was very liquid instead of frozen lots of room for improvement

My family and I came today for a sweet treat, the reviews seemed good so we came. Overall this place is not what it’s hyped up to be, at all. There were 8 flavors to chose from, I tasted all and the only flavor that was semi decent was strawberry, the other flavors taste like severely watered down versions of that true flavor. One of the employees said the flavors aren’t that good, stick with strawberry or pineapple. There aren’t many options of fresh toppings for your yogurt. You’re not allowed to scoop your own toppings (which I understand) but you can’t see the cool/refrigerated toppings as the cover is metal you are solely relying on an employee to decide what’s “freshest.” I wish there was a better way to request the amount of toppings you receive lol. I wanted a few brownie and cheesecake pieces, that turned into my entire cup being loaded with both to where the yogurt wasn’t even seen and the toppings were spilling over off the cup; which for some may be cool but for me it wasn’t. Three yogurt cups was over $35.00. Which we all three tossed in the trash once we left due to the extreme disappointment of the flavors and the topping flavors weren’t any better.

Went today at 7:40pm, they close at 8:00, hot chocolate and hot caramel was already out of the warmer, no almonds, out of the new flavor, very disappointed…!

I recently learned about freeze, it was AMAZING!! There are so many flavors! And over 40+ toppings YES 40+! I’m lactose intolerant, so I was expecting to get sick bit I was pleasantly surprised I didn’t get sick at all! I highly recommend!

We recently discovered the Freeze, but it has quickly become a favorite for us! I love the creamy chocolate with cookie dough and chocolate sauce for something sweet or the watermelon with boba for a summery dessert! My husband loves the new lemon ice. (I also included a pic of the New York cheesecake with crushed waffle cones, strawberries, and blueberries.)They offer so many different deals throughout the week that it’s nearly impossible to stay away! Monday is $5 fill-up. On thursdays, you get a punch on your loyalty card for every $3 instead of every $5. Fridays they offer 25% off to anyone on a date! I’m not positive as to which deal is available on Wednesday or Tuesday, but they offer a “senior discount” on one of those days. The other is sports day so if you come in wearing a sports uniform, you receive a discount.
