The food isn’t bad, the online order is a hard process because you still have to go to the register just to get your order. They’ll ask you to park and will have you waiting for 20 minutes on two sandwiches, and some of the employees are

Bland bland bland. No seasoning on chicken. Burgers worse than McDonald’s. Their “comeback” sauce is not gonna have anyone come back, it was watery vinegary and gross. Mashed potatoes and gravy tasted like instant. The biscuits were the best part of the meal and even they weren’t anything to write home about. Even the tea wasn’t good. Brand new place but don’t even bother.

I got a Chicken biscuit cheese, grits cheeseggs. The grits was cold with a piece of cheese laying on top. The eggs was cold with a piece of cheese laying on top. The chicken biscuit was the only thing hot.

Food is ok and cheap enough. My review is about the staff though, and not even the cashiers at this location. We (me, my wife, and kids) were out to dinner at a different sit down restaurant. A crew from Jacks came in. They were obviously trainers/regional people and not the local crew. The leader seemed to be a guy named Shane (I think). They were right next to us and the whole time they were obnoxiously loud, cussing, talking about lap dances and had no concern that all of this could be overheard by any table within 2.7 miles of where they were sitting. If these are the managers/trainers for customer service staff I have to think that there is no hope for the crew working at their locations. I completely understand needing to relax and blow off steam after a day at work but if they can't understand how cussing (especially Shane) loudly next to people with young children while bragging about lap dances might be seen as rude and unprofessional, well then they deserve to be called out. The sad thing, most of them were old enough to not be acting like drunken freshman at their first college frat party. So if the real leadership at Jacks ever reads this, understand that even after hours if they are sporting your work shirts and talking about their jobs like this out in public it just isnt a good look.

Received my order tonight through Uber eats and it was ICE COLD and I’m not exaggerating. I don’t think online orders should be made until the driver arrives because it just sits UNHEATED until a driver comes. Complete waste of

I could've gone through four other drive thrus in the time it took them to make me the wrong burger. For real tho, I pulled up at around 9pm and there was only one car ahead of me before ordering. When I ordered they told me there was a wait on chicken, so I ordered a large big jack bacon ranch meal instead, but then I waited, no bs, until 9:47pm in the drive thru, that's not enough time to make my chicken? Forty five minutes? When I got to the window they didn't appear to be in a hurry, no apology, gave me the wrong burger and the wrong size on the drink and fries. Ridiculous. For a place that's been open only a month, it sure does look trashy on the outside.

The breakfast was the best! I loved the chicken biscuit and my husband loved the sausage biscuit and hashbrowns. The food wasn’t super salty like other fast food restaurants just enough. I would highly recommend the breakfast! They were really nice to us. Great service!

The service was good. We did not enjoy our food. I'm pretty sure that grease needs to be changed. Chicken had a burnt taste,

This was my first time to Jack's. It was during the lunch rush and they were very busy. I used the app to do an online order and was told it would take fifteen minutes to prepare my order. I arrived early but it took another fifteen minutes after the predicted time to get my food. That's how busy they were. However, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good. My wife tried the fried bologna sandwich which she didn't really like. I tasted it and also thought it wasn't what I expected. It had pickles on it that seemed to overpower the taste. It also had cheese which I have never had on fried bologna before. Not a fan. It also had onions which my wife didn't like but I did. So, next time we will customize to our liking and let everyone who reads this how it went. My son really liked the chicken fingers and I really enjoyed my bacon burger. The tea is also outstanding. Though it doesn't sound like it, I highly recommend Jack's.Parking: During peak hours it can be difficult to find parking.Wheelchair accessibility: It is very accessible.

I recently swung by the new Jack's in Albany, and boy, was I pleasantly surprised! Their smoked sausage and cheese biscuit hit the spot, especially when paired with a classic vanilla iced coffee. While I haven't had a chance to dive into their chicken fingers here yet, I'm pretty confident they'll be just as tasty as I remember from other Jack's spots, especially with that irresistible white gravy for dipping. Jack's has that comforting, no-frills vibe that makes it a go-to spot for a satisfying meal. If you're in Albany and in need of some good old-fashioned Southern comfort food, swing by Jack's—you won't regret it!

The inside was closed early 10pm and the drive-thru line and want time was long.

I have heard people tell me that Jack's wasn't all that good, but I had to find out for myself. I have had breakfast at Jack's in Troy, AL, and it was delicious and affordable. It turns out that lunch here in Albany, GA, was a similar experience. I got the Big Jack that came with fries and a drink. This meal was less than $10, and it came with a decent-sized hamburger for that price. Was it 5-star steak house quality? No, but I didn't pay a 5-star price either! In my opinion, which is the only one that counts in my world regarding food, the meal was great, and I will be coming back to try the other menu items as well!

We had to wait; however, the wait was well worth it. The food was incredibly fresh, and the biscuits were mouth-watering.

A shame Albany GA cannot get decent restaurants with decent service. NEW restaurant— and usually corporate has things working smoothly. However, in the SAME week, I have already had two bad experiences!!!??Sat in drive-thru line a few nights ago only to get to the order mic and be told, “We’re closed.” At 8:40 pm??????With more in line behind me??Tried to ask why closed— very odd time and early— but every question was answered w a curt, •We’re closed.”I then sat in line tonight while a girl taking my order at Drive-thru asks about a gift card. She seems to be getting it handled— asks how much— tells me ok we have that—then returns to tell me I have to go inside. I said, “Thanks for wasting my time.” A man beside her— the manger who said I had to come inside? — spoke up saying, “Oh well.” His attitude was evident. (No wonder the woman the other night was curt/rude— starts with the management!)This restaurant is not going to make it— mediocre food— cookies, that were the best item, are discontinued?? And the banner advertising a meal across the top of the drive in menu is obsolete already?? They don’t offer that any more— either????Not impressed at all/ very disappointed —- especially with this one on Slappey Drive in Albany, GA.
