Customer service was on point. The lady at the window was very friendly. The food was okay. I only ordered grits for myself, and they weren't as creamy as I like. However, everyone else in my group really liked the scramble bowls. So not a bad deal.

It don't seem like a very welcoming place... Its dark and the staff don't have very good customer service skills as far as communication or greeting people who are choosing to spend there money at your place of business so your employees get paychecks at the end of the week... No crackheads walking up on you here but customer service is not very good.
