Ordered with the mobile app and the messed up my order twice and had poor customer service. They gave me a dry quarter pounder with no cheese, no drinks or fries. They also put onions when my order said not to, after I payed $11 and change for a good meal. I feel

One chicken biscuit meal and I had to pull up for a coffee. That was okay with me but it took over 20 mins. I got out of my vehicle went to the door and it was locked. After being let in I saw it was chaos. Managers fussing at the young man in the drive thru window. The woman that finally fixed and brought the coffee to me pants were sagging and open in the front. Grateful she had on undies. ? There were other disgruntled customers. An elderly man just wanted sugar for his coffee and two nurses had been waiting for their food for the longest. Nothing fast about this location. Just complete and utter chaos.

Entered the store and used the kiosk to order. All I asked was that the food be cooked fresh. One worker Charlean became rude and told me to tell the manager. I made a comment that this location is the worst in town. Charles replied, "Yet you still come here". I been going to this location since I was young and in school. The current ownership, management and some staff just don't care. My food except the fries were old. They are going to make someone sick with their cold old food.

Very long waiting time at that location and the only reason why I stopped was the missus wanted fries ? and sweet tea ?. It was an argument, but not from me, over Door Dash services and I had to wait for roughly ten minutes to be serviced. It'll be a long time before I return.
