The two nice ladies that work during the week, one light skin and the other darker skin are the most professional and courteous McDonalds employee's I have ever seen. They do much more than provide excellent customer service. They have a way of adding sunlight to my often dark start of my day. They are the reason I go to McDonald's on North Slappey in Albany every morning on the way to work. Thank you SO much for all you do but especially for just being YOU!

The manager with the locs and the young lady at the register were so kind. I came in during my son's birthday to grab lunch .. something went wrong at the kiosk and she blessed us with a free meal. They were so kind and the place is CLEAN. Hopefully the play area will be open soon. You all made my day and kindness goes a longggg way. Thank you for being kind!

Manager is very rude and loud she believes she can talk to her employees how ever she wants downgrading them and discouraging there feelings. You can stand at the counter and the managers will stand there and look at you while they are in the phone if they hand out the wrong food you are in the wrong and get attitude. This McDonald's sucks. The never answer the drive through. You can sit for 30 minutes and no one ever answer. If it was an isolated visit I wouldn't say anything. But multiple time at night and in the morning this has happened and when I pulled to the window the lady had an attitude and said well sometimes it does that. Also why would you clean the coffee machine at 7:30am when everyone is ordering coffee. Makes no sense
