I had repeat my order three times and they still messed it up, while ordering they laughing and playing, then the girl at the second drive thru still called my order back to me wrong, like how do mess up an order when the person is in front of
This place is awful! I have given them more than one chance and they just cannot seem to get it done! First, you go through the drive through at a "fast food" restaurant thinking it should be "fast". Well, not this place! They have three windows. The first window is where you pay. The second window is where you usually would get your food. Instead, they hand you your drink and tell you to pull ahead to the third window. Well that is if there is not already a car at the third window. If there is a car at the third window they tell you to pull over to a parking space. SO today was my last time ever trying to give this place a chance. It was literally 11:35 when I pulled up and placed my order. I then paid at the first window then pulled to the second window to see what my fate would be. Yep, pull to the third window. I sat at the third window for 10 minutes without anyone ever coming to the window. In addition, 6 cars BEHIND me pulled away from the second window with their food and drinks! Seriously, I ordered a cheesburger, two hamburgers, fries and a drink. No special requests. Should have been easy, I mean it is not rocket science! After the sixth car pulled away behind me I called it. I pulled around and went inside and asked for a manager. I explained the above to him and he just looked at me with a blank stare. I asked for my money back and left at 12:00! NEVER TO RETURN! Sorry McDonalds, but I will never spend another penny with this company because of this location. You should do better monitoring your franchisee. Oh, and my rating is ZERO stars but that was not an option!
