The Sip Club is my favorite! I seek out a Panera Bread location whenever I am out of town on business trips. I was in Albany for three days, and this location was only a 3 minute drive from my hotel. Very convenient! I would highly recommend this location!

EVERYTIME I come in here the ppl fixing the food makes it feel like a disconnect. Everyone works with their heads down, no smiles or greetings. It’s almost like they’re inconvenienced to even work. And it’s not sometimes it’s ALL THE TIME.

Cashiers are always friendly however having workers wearing gloves but EATING & DRINKING ON THE LINE in said gloves, WHILE food is prepared is WILD. No point in wearing gloves.

The cheddar broccoli soup is awesome, and the staff are very nice and helpful. The atmosphere is good, whether you choose to eat inside or out.
Food and service were worse than anything I’ve ever experienced anywhere. I’ve been to Panera for many years and always loved my food. Today in Albany, GA i couldn’t even get my food while the other 3 in my group (plus several other customers) who all ordered after me had their food and were almost finished eating. Then they gave me the wrong soup, then forgot croutons on creamy tomato and never said sorry about your wait or anything similar. All of our bread was at least day old = awful bread. I remember always wishing I had another piece. Today we didn’t eat the bread. My apple harvest salad had one type of lettuce that had turned dark green and slimy and was truly disgusting. I didn’t see anyone who looked like they might know what they were doing or could potentially be a manager. Such a shame. I sure hope Panera as a whole has not gone this far downhill!

I have came to purchased different menu items as early as 8:05am and late as 8:25pm. Very very often they either are out of the item, it isn’t cooked yet or they can’t tell you when it will be ready or why regular menu item staples aren’t available at the times that they should be. Waited in drivethru for 6 minutes. Couldn’t understand what the person on speaker was saying. Speaker was breaking up bad like a cell phone. Decided to come in and inquire about my request the cashier went to ask the manager about the item I was trying to get I her her say, no we don’t. She could not have cared less. The cashier came back and said yah we don’t have those cooked yet. I asked what time they would be ready, he said probably not in the next 30 minutes and he really couldn’t say a time. It was almost 9am and regular menu staples weren’t cooked yet and couldn’t say when they would be. This is about the 5 or 6th time this has happened. Way too often.

Waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru line. So slow and no respect for customers time. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never use the drive-thru again.

While visiting one morning I was indecisive about what to order due to a certain diet I'm on. There are certain ingredients I absolutely "CANNOT HAVE". Alayzhah, was extremely helpful and patient with me while ordering. She greeted my family and I with a lovely smile and a pleasant experience. Extremely pleased, Can't wait to return!

Ordered a frozen caramel cold brew and was told they didn't have it but they could add two pumps of caramel to a vanilla iced coffee? But they weren't allowed to throw it in the blender and top it with whipped cream? I guess it makes sense, it's Albany GA after all.
