We were craving Mexican food and figured that this restaurant would be good because we have visited in the past and had no issue. However, the service on this visit was lacking. We arrived around 5:40 and got seated, and placed our order after 20 minutes and explicitly asked for no tomatoes on any of our dishes. We wait until around 6:30, for the kids food to come out first, and I was expecting mine to arrive shortly after. We wait an additional 10 minutes for my food to come out, and there were tomatoes in and on my food. I realize that this is just a mistake on the kitchens end, and send the food back. Our waiter had literally taken his hands and picked the tomatoes out. At this point, after waiting, my kids had finished their food. I lost my appetite because of what the waiter had done. I refused to eat and the manager had my meal taken off the bill.

The food was really wonderful, but the service was super slow. Ordered 2 teas wait wait wait, brought tea finally, ordered queso, wait wait wait, he asked if we were ready for our check, and we were like can we order first, it was really pretty comical. BUT the William Special Chicken and Chicken and Shrimp, are really, really good.

Great looking restaurant inside and out, from the metal mariachi band out front welcoming you into a variety of seating from cozy booths in the back to two top tables by the awesome bar upfront,as well great social vibes through out.Service got a bit backed up so the owner himself began filling in ,from bussing tables to preparing our dinner and it was fantastic. Hats off to him for that thanks y'all it was great .
Customer service was awful! The white “manager” was not helpful at all when telling her my food was disgusting and i was dissatisfied. They only took off a $3 drink and would not let me speak to the owner. Will not be coming back to this rude establishment.

HORRIBLE FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. They were not accommodating at all when I told the manager i was not pleased with my order. They took $3 off of a $30 meal!! The manager also got sassy with me and told me she would not argue with me and I should've told them at the beginning i did not like the food! I stopped midway eating once i realized the food was not actually good. I'm highly disappointed.
