Hesitated writing this review simply because I did not want to be insensitive or mean...The large guy making the sandwiches has the following hand washing technique...he walks up to the sink, blocking the customer's view, runs his left hand under the water (NO SOAP)..then rubs his dry right hand into his wet left hand, with dirty hand water dripping, he grabs the gloves, the outside of the goves are now wet with dirty hand water, grabbing the bread, he moisten the bread with dirty hand water as he starts making YOUR sandwich.I was stuck here for two days. Each time I went in to get a sandwich for dinner, he was there with his horrible, dirty hand washing habits. NO THANK YOU

Ok, 5- Stars for Richard, a first rate sub pro at this shop which is co-located with Pilot #260 in Albany, GA. 3-stars got Subway. Here's why. We're big time Subway fans. But it appears shrinkflation and qualflation have hit Subway. Case in point: the Cold Cut sub. Something has changed with blends of cold cuts Subway buys. The Cold Cut Sub is now tasteless. The ham doesn't even look or taste like Ham. Avoid this sub. We've noticed is phenomena in every Subway we've been to over the last year in many States East of the Mississippi.

At 7am the gentleman making my breakfast Flatbread was great, professional, and very customer service friendly. No issues on the sandwich but this entire location suffers from being just not clean from the entrance doors of pilot.
