Food and customer service was good except for the guy cleaning at the drink station. He was spraying his Fabuloso Cleaning Spray all around me while I was getting the drinks. My daughter informed me later he was sweeping under the table when I went to get napkins. The restaurant was empty besides one other customer. Why would you insist on cleaning around us to the point all we could smell was the FABULOSO cleaning spray?! It's sad you can't enjoy a meal out in Albany anymore.Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't take my child in there if they had asthma because the cleaning spray would cause them to have a major asthma attack.

Best burrito I’ve ever had just very very slow and making it. Catered once eaten restaurant three times bad experience where my food was extremely cold. They have the best salsa.Kid-friendliness: They have baby changing stations in both bathrooms and high chairs available for dining in experience
My food was burnt and had left over food from the grill on my quesadilla and no chips with my burrito bowl and the GM lied about contacting me back to replace the items!

The place had a bit of a weird smell inside. And the for was slippery everywhere. Like some oil had been applied or something? I felt worried for some old folks, thinking they might slip and fall on the sick floor.
4th time in a row if not more that I have ordered and paid for something that I did not get. They mess up EVERY SINGLE ORDER and have now stepped down to just completely leaving it off. I’d rather you give the burrito I didn’t order than leave my child’s food completely off for the 4th time. There are too many humans on this

This is a chain and their food is good and consistent with the one in Moultrie. However, eating in both of them more than once the one in Moultrie, gets five stars for a much better vibe and friendly friendly service even with someone walking around to check on you. and that's the only reason I did not give it five stars. but both good places.

We usually do a to go order on the weekends because we have little kids. And both times we have come our order has been wrong. And this time I’m sitting at home with nachos without queso. Disappointing! Probably won’t be back.
