I've been visiting Taco Bell for years. I've always been a fan of their pseudo-Mexican menu, even if some find it lackluster. Historically, the only issue I've ever found myself experiencing with Taco Bell is order accuracy. I'd estimate that maybe slightly less than half the times I've ordered, the order I receive is incorrect. Still find myself going there from time to time no less.

Arrived to order lunch for 6 people.Outside signage declaring LOBBY OPEN!Entered and staffed freaked out was told to leave and get mask! You must wear a face mask in their restaurant..Was told I had to wear a mask or leave.Thanks Taco Bell adding another fast food restaurant not to spend $$$ at.

Ordered 2 drinks and was handed one drink. The lady working the drive thru kept saying I handed you your drink...couldn't make her understand I ordered TWO drinks...think she was just too lazy to make another drink.

This use to be my favorite place but lately they have been slacking.. I ordered 2 soft tacos with sour cream neither had sour cream.. One of my tacos had hardly any meat on it just lettuce.. Im very very disappointed..

I had the nachos with beef, which is good, but can someone in the big office tell Mr. Taco Bell to include just a little more beef to the one serving size. I know that I can purchase the EXTRA beef portion, but you would think since customers are and have been for many years, spending a lot of money to keep Taco Bell relevant, you would upgrade something for FREE for us. Something that matters to our tummies, like meat, not a soda?. Taco Bell's food is tasty, but I promise, a little more beef won't cause you to lose money. If anything, adding just a little more beef will gain you more customers!

They have signs everywhere with breakfast yet I go for breakfast and they tell me they don't open till 11:00 a.m. fix or signs or take your breakfast signs down East Albany Georgia Oglethorpe road

I never had a problem at this Taco Bell, but when I got my food home (9 minute drive) it was cold!! Maybe it was a fluke.... The food tasted fine after I had to warm it up.

Food is always hot, and the drive through is nice and quick! It is one of the best places in Albany for late night service!

My co-worker and I decided on Taco Bell for lunch, I think that was a huge mistake the Caucasian young lady at the Drive-Thru with a visible tattoo on her left arm had the worst attitude towards us. I will most definitely tell people not to patronize this location especially during the lunch hours.

Soda drinks are horrible. Water or ice or drink mixture is incorrect. Soda drinks taste like dish water smells.
