I've lived here for 30 years and ate there for the first time six months ago and I've ate there a total of three times so that tells you I like it. Good Variety of choices with good quality and quantity and the price is OK. Staff are very prompt and professional.

Came to get milkshakes and realized that one of the cooks was not wearing gloves and touching the food. Then proceeds to take a to go order outside and come back in and touch the food without washing his hands. Disgusting. 0 stars. Would not recommend.

Random lunch stop passing through on way to the beach. The food was good...but it was the service was exceptional. Jacqueline was our waitress. We have a daughter with a dairy allergy and she was so accommodating for making sure Bailey had a dairy free meal. She was interactive, she was pleasant, she was funny. If ever back in Albany, will surely purposefully eat at the Rocket again!

I discovered this place online before visiting Albany, & I was immediately drawn because of the space-y, diner theming. The decor & theming of the food items was wonderful! I particularly love the burgers being called "cows in space". I got the mushroom swiss burger with "cosmic" tots, & my husband got the rocket burger with potato salad. Everything was delicious! Definitely will be eating here again if we end up back in the area.

When we stopped by, we had heard they serve at the table. Apparently they don't do that anymore. They forgot half of the food and the potato chips were not good at all. This place came with high reviews and I believe it needs to go back to the way it was, nothing about this visit stood up to my expectations from the local hype.

We have supported the Rocket since the move and reopen on Dawson road. We love the food and the people are awesome ! But we are so disappointed that you have gone back to the “ wait on yourselves ordering” . Your staff are actually waiting on us anyway, why ask us to go order first , then sit down? It seems very “ fast food” , instead of “ restaurant “. We were so happy when y’all went from the order first then sit down , to being waited on. Not saying we won’t come back, because we have, but it does make a difference in our decision where to eat. Love the food and prices!

The bacon burger was incredible as were the fries! The fried mushrooms were some of the best I've ever had! The restaurant was nice, neat, and clean! And another shout out to the staff! I was very impressed with the level of service we received! This was our first time coming here and we will definitely be back! If you're looking for great burgers, fries, & shakes, this is your place! Sure wish we had this in Valdosta!
