Night shift drive thru was absolutely unacceptable tonight. The cashier was rude. Fries were cold, limp and greasy. Pecan salads had old dried up chicken on it which should have been discarded.Update: I returned to get my food replaced to discover that the cashier was actually the manager on duty. Poor service and poor quality food given to customers by the manager... Wow. When will people understand that customer service can make or break a business. I will never return to this location.

Usually I don’t have any issues with this location. Tonight, I Was greeted with attitude, then not told the frosty machine was down had to ask for a replacement, still currently waiting on my order. It’s 1:18am and we placed the order Online, got through the drive-thru at 12:47am. I swear if they’re waiting until the last person leaves to bring our food, I’m contacting corporate. I’m only a “Karen” when it’s absolutely ridiculous and this is!

I'm slowly phasing these fast food places out of my life. No longer consistent, and burgers are always cold when you receive them. Dave would not approve of what's happened to his brand. It's very sad. Just sayin...I'm giving 2 stars because soda taste was decent.

it’s almost as if something goes wrong every single time i come to this location, last time y’all gave me the completely wrong order (and i didn’t know bc it looked similar to what i did order, so i was unaware until i got home and opened up the foil). this time it’s yall didn’t give us an entire meal we paid for, and tried to not give us the drinks until we said something, to which the employee said “we’re out of drinks.” you should have said that when we pulled up. not that it matters, but i will not be giving my business to this wendy’s anymore. the employees are almost always rude and it’s just not worth my money to have something missing every single time.

I pulled up to the drive thru to place an order. There was a bit of miscommunication but that in my opinion shouldn’t have warranted any disrespect or rudeness from the “shift leader” or whatever manager that was on duty. She kept getting my order mixed up and was also calling out somebody’s order so I assumed she got my order mixed up. She attempted to correct me with an attitude and I told her just don’t worry about the order bc she had an attitude. She told me “bye” . So unprofessional. You can always find another job ya know???
