The steak sandwich and wings are good. You have to eat it immediately because the bread gets soggy quickly. The white fish is garbage. Don't do that to yourself.

I like small, flavorful wings. We ordered hot, lemon pepper. They had the right amount of kick. I probably wouldn't have made a post had it not been for the exceptional service we received from the moment we called in our order to picking it up. Iyanna provided professional customer service with a smile and pleasant disposition.

I admit, Atlanna has spoiled me when it comes to Wings. Can’t seem to find that same energy here. Sauce was good but wings weren’t CRISPY (almost soggy) didn’t seem cooked to order not even sure if dropped to crisp to order. Maybe in the flat top but not the grease. Idk the skin was soggy. Chicken Philly was Deli Slices and diced peppers & onions vs strips of veggies (which I liked) but it wasn’t chunks of real chicken (which surprised me). It was ok. Overall, food was hot. For me, just meh The wings at every spot I’ve visited here has this issue. Seem like they are parboiled or something but not that crisp & sauces sticking to wings I’m used & appreciate.

the manager as i was told, (older african american woman) has ZERO customer service extremely disrespectful when it came to me picking up my order . she didn’t acknowledge my presence after standing there 5 mins . i was the only one in there at the time aside from a child WORSE EXPERIENCE i’ve ever had to endure.

I do not know who owns this establishment but this person that is your manager. This guy is as unprofessional as they come. We ordered food for my family at 12:58 PM and after we placed our order more people had came, ordered after us, and got their food. At 1:25 PM I asked the gentleman about how much longer it would be? I stated I ordered at 12:58 and it's been 25 minutes. He quickly replied that it will be another 25 minutes or an hour. I then told him to give me a refund for the food bc I had gotten my drinks and I'll pay for that. He quickly turned around and told the people in the back to cancel order 248. The lady looked up and said it's right here... I understood what they were saying bc I too speak Spanish. I told the gentleman if my food is ready as she says, then I'll keep it. He gave me back my receipts. I then waited another 5 minutes (it's been 30 plus minutes now for mall food) I told my mom who was visiting out of town - I guess they don't care on how they treat their Hispanic community. He turned around and told his staff to get the food ready for the butt hole (but the other word) up front. My mom nor myself appreciated that one bit. I didn't want to cause any issues bc my family and kids were with me and they had customers. I called when I got home and they transferred me to him bc he was the manager. He told him he didn't give a crap and to call the east Albany establishment. I tried to do that and all they did was hang up the phone. I am curious to know how many of their employees are actually legal here or have bought fake papers to work there? I am going to find out bc this establishment feels they can do what they want when they want. I won't be coming there again.

The old lady that says she's the general manager but only a cashier , has a nasty attitude and needs to retire. Other than that food is good.

Just left with my lunch and it was cold and nasty. I wasted 34.00 of my money . I wish I could give them a zero . I will never ever come back again!!!!!

The wings were good, but the Philly was salty. After we had paid for our meal, we realized that the restaurant had a health score of 70! We won't be be back to this location.

Food was great, crispy fries and tasty wings. However customer service lacks in this area. The only cashier was out of the zone. From the cashier eating in front of the customers. To going in and out of the restaurant to smoke. RIGHT NEXT TO THE DOOR. As customers went in and out of the store. The smoke was hitting the customers. Mental. Boss man needs to revise the employee as soon as possible.

Wouldn't answer the phone and we drove from Bacanton with the phone ringing and we walked in , it was still ringing. So I asked the woman was she going to answer it she said no we closing up. Well according to there sign , they had another whole hour. Then I told her that was me calling, she said oh , what do you want Then how about the cook said he wasn't cooking anymore Philly Cheesesteaks, we could only get chicken...That couldn't be my business....leaving too much money on the table, especially on Sunday....Now I'm opening up my own Philly Cheesesteak business with wings!!!! I'm coming at them!!!

10/10!! IF I COULD GIVE IT 10 STARS I WOULD. FOOD WAS HOT, WINGS WAS SOAKED. I PROBABLY WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN BUT 10/10!!

KNOWLEDGE

Decent tasting foods but service is slow. I attempted to call in my order but got no answer after 4 calls. I headed to the restaurant to place my order and stepped in the door. I seen it wasn't too busy, only 2 people in front of me, and out of the blue I just called the restaurant.... cashier was only inches away from the phone and didn't answer at all. The phone system they have calls out the name or number of the person calling... smh! Major improvement needed here.
