This place is going downhill FAST!!! My turtle sundae less than a year ago cost $7.29, now it costs over $9!!!!I get inflation but these prices are ridiculous! The owner is price gouging and the service has dropped off a cliff, none of the employees care to serve you and the portions have gotten even smaller! IT’S $2 JUST FOR AN EXTRA SCOOP OF SPRINKLES! It costs a family of 3 nearly $30.

When the brownie is stale, as an employee you should be able to identify this before serving it to your customer. If I hadn't drove off already I would have been getting a replacment. Ruined my whole craving. ?

People in charge of pricing for this location should be locked up. I get inflation but this is just flat out taking advantage of a situation.

Simple dimple ice cream. I was concerned with the recent reviews but ended up being a good experience.

Loved Bruster's Ice Cream and had refused to have it anywhere else if I decided to indulge. No longer will be the case after tonight. My son ordered a brownie sundae and I a regular fudge Sundae. My son showed me his bowl and it was just 1/2 filled and I could see the brownie, and some white stuff over it. Which supposed was cream. My fudge Sundae I remember really feeling satisfied after having it, to the pint that I used to feel guilty having a high calorie item. but now it was barely any quantity and left me craving for another. Needless to say, at that point I realized that although they say 2 scoops..it's like that the scoop circumference has reduced. So basically an eyewash. And the cost has increased given inflation.I have no issue paying the extra cos of inflation. But paying extra for less. That is basically stiffing the customer.Never going here again. I'm sure this is the same in all Bruster's.So disappointed and angry that I felt stiffed.

Dear Brusters stop selling Blast if you aren’t actually selling ice cream in it. I’m disgusted. I ordered a blast and pretty much got milk with a side of m&m’s. If it was that soft it shouldn’t have been served in the first place. How do you go from the machine to the window and it’s already fully melted. At this point why even try. Your blast cost more than one at Sonic or Dairy Queen yet it has the worst consistency. If I wanted flavored milk with candy on the side I could’ve made that myself. Lesson learned for sure. The picture is proof that I couldn’t actually finish what I bought because it was milk. Literally lukewarm milk.
