Terrible service. The girl tonight (dark hair with glasses) was extremely rude. It took 20 min from the time I got there until I got my order and she got upset with me when I didn’t tip her. Pretty sure you can’t have hair in your face and long fake nails while working with food. Never going back to this location.

My favorite ice cream, you can come here or the closest near you and you will have a delicious treat. I really enjoyed their Chocolate almond coconut ice cream. It's the best!

Bruster’s is always delicious! The workers are also nice and friendly. Nobody can say no to an awesome waffle cone with two giant scoops of frigid ice cream. My favorite flavors are Oreo, Graham Central Station, Cookie Craze, Salted Caramel, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Birthday Cake, and Mint Chocolate Chip. I know that’s a lot, but that’s what I love about Bruster’s. There is so much variety, and I make sure to keep trying new flavors and mixing up my order. Bruster’s will instantly make your day!

Our family had a great experience from ordering to enjoying the delicious selections we chose. Now that I have to choose dairy-free, I am grateful they have a couple oatmilk options that are really good.They were out of the strawberry topping for my husband's banana split, and she went out of her way to cut up fresh strawberries as a substitute, which was a wonderful surprise!

Where is the consistency? The past 3 times we've been here and spent over $11 each time we've left with half-filled containers. It's beyond frustrating to pay for "regular" container that literally looks like it was filled with a tablespoon instead of an ice cream scoop. I've given this place the benefit of the doubt too often. I will just as easily walk over to Kroger next door and pay less for more ice cream.

Love the ice cream but they have gotten stingy with their scoops. Not worth the money. May try another location but won't be back to this store (Old Alabama).
Ice cream was melting when received..it was a full solid. Also they should open by 11 on Saturdays.

Beware!! Make sure you ask for your receipt when checking out. The lady there gave herself a tip without me even knowing. I had to honk my horn and wave my hand to get one. I asked why my order was so much she said that it was tax but It clearly said TIP. Ended up getting a full refund but it was pulling teeth, they didn’t have any type of empathy at all. No telling who else they charged extra.
