Didn't give me fries or sauce I paid for. I had to remind them about my drink. Paid in exact change. Got no receipt. Someone is $11.20 richer, but I'd guess it's not burger king. Had to wait 10+ minutes in the drive thru after ordering for just a burger and nuggets, without drink, fries, or BBQ sauce. My expectations of this BK arent high, but the staff were friendly and the food didn't taste like it had been tampered with. 3 stars. Dont pay cash, get your recipe, check your bag.

I'm a truck driver and can't go through the drive thru. The website shows its open for takeout but I was refused at the door saying drive thru only. Which is impossible for me in a large vehicle. I have to eat elsewhere now.

Ordered a double cheeseburger meal. Was told to pull up to the front and they would bring it out. Only to give more cold fries! Like you can tell the fries been sitting there. If you don't like serving fast food the correct way. You should find another career.

I stopped by this Burger King on the way to work. I don't know if this is there normal opening time, but opening at 9 a.m. does put me off for other mornings. However my job had opened at 9 today... anyway, when I got there, I was informed that that location did not serve breakfast, which is okay, I just needed to eat... Lol. The lady that took my order was very pleasant, she had the proper PPE on to protect herself and myself from the virus. She took my payment, gave me my drink and told me to pull to the front, my food would be our shortly... About two minutes later, she came out with my food. What she handed me my food, she informed me of the locations it serve breakfast in the morning. I thanked her and left... Now to the main points of this review, when I tasted the food, it was amazing. It was so good, that it prompted me to make a review. I do like Burger King over McDonald's, but a lot of times Burger King's fries do not hold a candle to McDonalds. But this location, the fries were awesome. My Whopper looks like the advertisement.. I was pleasantly surprised.

Use to be my favorite place to eat but quality of food has dropped tremendously.lettuce is old, get a tomato end,and the burgers taste dry and like they've been sitting there awhile. No longer go there

It’s sad that the service at Burger King is always so poor because I do enjoy their burgers but hate going because of the service that I always receive here. Went through the drive thru yesterday while it was pouring the rain only to have my order recorded twice incorrectly at the speaker with no cover so the inside of my truck got soaked, got to the window to be told my known working gift card was declined, had to pay with other card, worker then dropped my gift card on the ground by my truck, had to move my truck to be able to get out and pick it up. Then worst of all was told to pull around and had to wait 10 minutes to receive a simple Whopper and fries.

no one in the drive through line. placed order,paid, and was told to pull forward and the order would be brought out to me. 7 minutes later, no order. also, no additional customers in line. i backed up, told different employee what happened. he had no idea i was waiting and quickly filled the order. big deal? no, simple shift change error. problem is, things like this happen all the time. this BK feels understaffed and poorly run.

This Burger King has so much potential for the great, populated area that is in. Unfortunately, this BK hasn't received any cosmetic upgrades in the 20 years I've lived in Atlanta. The employees are not well trained and do not look presentable. As others have mentioned, this location is fairly quiet but still makes drive thru orders pull ahead and they bring the food to your car outside. When they do get busy, the drive thru lane moves extremely slow. The Ice cream machine is always down. All of the BK's in Alpharetta, inclluding the one on hwy9 and Windward are all poorly run.
They couldn't adjust the toppings on a burger. Stopped at another Burger King and I'm good to go.

The drive thru wait time is ridiculous!! I had to wait behind someone who had only ordered a large fry. We were the only 2 customers and she had been waiting on her food for at least 15 mins. I was told to wait behind her before I paid. What is the point of having a drive thru??

Apparently for every promotional item so far including for the recent peel and win that I usually got on small fries everyday till the 20th. This lady lied to me about ever serving them on the small fries, she also lied about having Mozzerella sticks in the past despite having them on the menu. I am fed up with them lying all the time. I love the night time staff more than whoever this worker was.
