Pulled up to the drive thru to place an order (9:55pm)The car in front of me order was taken. Pulled around and the lady was RUDE and told me they were about to close, it was not 10?! I explained that it was 10 and she proceeded to lock the window. HORRIBLE customer service and closed early.

I just want to say..this was my first time here today and the food was PERFECT! I ordered a original chicken sandwich & fish sandwich and it was so fresh! I don't think I've had it this fresh in years! I also don't eat fast food anymore..but I'm glad I decided today to stop by! Thank you very much!

Disappointing experience with the staff, service and the quality of the food. Placed a mobile order for pickup. It was confirmed and when we went to pick up, the lady who was managing the counter mentioned they do not have one of the items ordered since their broiler was not working and asked us to cancel the order from our side. She was very rude and said they are helpless. Not sure why they don’t update such things online to avoid any chaos after placing orders. Such a basic thing every food joint should be doing. Two of the other staffs in the kitchen were playing game or something in their mobile. They didn’t even bother the whole thing. Never going back to that place again. No wonder why there was no customer there even though it’s placed in the center of the Windward parkway.

Very bad service. I arrived at 1 in the afternoon and they had no fries, no chicken sandwich, and no soda. They only had cheeseburgers and told me they couldn't help me.
