Ordered and waited for 2 bacon kings. Once I got home I realized they did not put cheese on the burgers and forgot the veggies that were requested as well. I drove all the way back to exchange the sandwiches because it wasn't prepared properly, just to speak to the manager and wait 12 minutes for them to bring out the same sandwiches still with no cheese.

During lunch is when I normally go M-F. The manager and staff there are always great. Super polite, eager to serve, and very accommodating. I get they are not in charge of the menu to attract more people - sesame is an issue for nut allergies so I rarely go - but the experience is wonderful when I do.

Location needs a manager. The staff was lazy and seemed to be clueless how to get anything done. Everyone including me having to wait 20+ minutes and food was cold and bread stale. My fries were put in the bag upside down. I mean, who does that? This is what happens when derelict young people are left to their own. Get a manager in there or shut that location down for something better.

Most of them seemed like high school students or teenagers , and without adhering to the customer they were goofing around and swearing about a drive thru customer . My recent visit to Burger King left me thoroughly satisfied. I ordered 2 Whoppers, 2 large fries, an Oreo milkshake, and 3 chocolate chip cookies. Kemp, who assisted me, was not only friendly but also ensured that my experience was top-notch.The food lived up to its reputation – warm, delicious, and satisfying. The cleanliness of the location added to the overall positive atmosphere. Burger King, with Kemp's friendly assistance, proved to be a delightful choice for a quick and tasty meal. I'll definitely be returning for more!
I am highly disappointed about my visit to this restaurant today. I went through the drive thru and unfortunately was told minutes prior to my visit that the whopper duo was only offered through the app although it was clearly on the marquee. The staff did everything they could to rectify this and assist us with the order. It was frustrating for all of us. However, once rectified the food was NOT hot and the soda was flat. I was so frustrated from the encounter that I did not return to the drive through. . I have had my order messed up here before. Buyer beware. Never again!

This place sucks! They only delivered half of what we ordered. They made no effort to deliver the missing items. To add insult to injury, they offered a 10 dollar coupon. Not only did that not feed hungry kids, but did not even cover the cost of the missing items. When asked for a refund, they refused. Will report to the Better Business Bureau and would advise people to stay away.
