This is not specific to this location but there is No option to swap out the patty on the burgers. I don’t eat meat and the cashiers are always confused when I asked to swap for the veggie quinoa patty. I wanted the rodeo burger but with a veggie patty They have to ring up the vegefi burger and charge more for the items that come on the rodeo burger instead of just swapping out the pattie’s and they always forget an item like the onions or the jalapeños. The process should be simpler. Also, I always have to come inside to order instead of ordering ahead online because again, there is no option to swap out the patties.

Been here several times. I have tried several different options for my burger. Food is consistently good. Staff is awesome, friendly and helpful. Can get a little crowded during the lunch rush and parking is a little tight as they share the lot with a FedEx wrap and ship.

BurgerFi is a great chain in general, and this location especially is wonderful. Shout outs to Eddie - he is always very understanding and accommodating to our various food allergies and sensitivities, and he takes great care of us. He seems to genuinely enjoy connecting with customers as well. We try to always visit when we are in the area.Dietary restrictions: We have gluten / dairy / egg allergies and paleo / keto / carnivore ways of eating and they are happy to accommodate all of these.Kid-friendliness: My kids have a lot of energy and the staff here don’t get weird about them being goofy

Ordered a junior BBQ burger, cry+fry and neopolitan shake. I also ordered the garlic aoli and Burger I sauce. Loved all of it. Will definitely be back. It was more money than I would typically spend, but I think it was worth it.

How refreshing!! I don’t eat burgers very often and had not been to a BurgerFi in at least 6 years BUT this was the BEST experience! The staff was sooo nice and the place was super clean. Workers wearing gloves. Restroom clean and well stocked. And the food! Delicious and fresh. Calm tables to dine. Kudos to the management. Thanks and keep up the great work!
