If I would have went there just for the ambiance it would have been five stars but unfortunately I also expected to eat here. I ordered my filet mignon medium well and they completely disregard my request. My brothers food was also undercooked. Both of us ended up sick and throwing up tonight. For the price we paid and as well as we tipped I would have just liked to keep the food down. Do not recommend.

This was my first time here after having it recommended to me several times. It’s definitely my kind of place for dinner and drinks. The only reason I gave the food a 3 star is because my food wasn’t hot and the Chilean sea bass had such little flavor. The cream spinach was cold and my Chilean sea bass was just ok. I would go back to give it another try but, if the food comes out cold/lukewarm again, I would not go back. The price point is where the food should come out impeccable and the food should at minimum, be hot. Also, I ordered a few cosmos asking for it to be very light in sweetness and the bartender disappointed unfortunately. On a good note, the lump crab salad was surprisingly better than expected. The beef carpaccio was flavorful as well. These two things would be something I would order again. I know flavor is subjective, and my opinion only but, I don’t recommend the Chilean sea bass. If you like extremely mild flavor, you might like it. I like bold and robust flavors.

I was staying at the Hyatt Place which is right next door to the steakhouse. I always like to get maybe a review from who's ever working the desk at the hotel. She stated that she had never been to the restaurant but a lot of previous guests have raved about it. Let's just say I was not disappointed, my steak was made perfectly and the staff was available but not at your table every two seconds. Very much on the pricier side but I have eaten at some very high-end restaurants and this had to abandon the best.

Visited during a restaurant week and were very impressed. Great service, and the menu of calamari, filet and choc cake was perfect. My mid-rare filet was a touch overcooked but that's being a bit picky. We will definitely return soon.

The best restaurant in Atlanta by far. Robbie Holley and Richard Holley are absolutely amazing. The best experience fine dining I have ever had. If you have the privilege to dine at Cabernet Steakhouse you are in for a treat.

Has Cabernet gone downhill or did we just experience an off night? We went for our anniversary dinner last night and things were off from the start. Reservations were made about a month in advance and we didn’t get our requested special table because a party was there longer than expected, so fine, we sat at another table. My glass of wine was sour and was sent back for another. We were excited to try the muscles app because it was so delicious last time we went. It didn’t even come close to what it tasted like last time, the broth had no flavor, many shells were empty, some didn’t open and the flavor was lacking, we nearly sent the whole thing back, and yes we paid for it. The oysters Rockefeller were below par, Oak Steakhouse beats them for sure. I ordered a medium filet and received a well done filet. My husband ordered a medium well NY Strip and received his medium. At this point I was so hungry and the waiter didn’t come by until I was more than halfway done, so there was no sending it back and waiting for a new one to be made. It tasted good and I ate it, it was just way too over cooked for me. The brussel sprouts were good and the twice baked potato was just a little burning in my opinion. For dessert we had the carrot cake and that was delicious. I would just go back for that, but I am not rushing back. Service has always been good, but I am not sure what’s going on in the kitchen. To spend $300 on dinner and be disappointed like we were is upsetting. Cabernet, you need to step up your game in the kitchen.

This is one of our favorite restaurants and been going here over the years. Always a 10 until tonight. Our server was a little too comfortable, made an inappropriate joke with my husband about besides me, what else would he wanted for dessert? Seriously? Our lobster bisque came lukewarm and was sent back. Steaks were outstanding as always, thank you! Side of Brussels sprouts came in the middle of dinner. Ordered cheesecake for dessert, got a creme brulee. Valet parking was great as always. Host/hostess also great as always. Would we come back? Yes, only if guaranteed not to get the same server.

Our waitress Vio was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the cocktail, wine, and food menus. This was our first time eating here, Vio was very helpful. The lump crab salad was amazing. The steak and fish were perfectly prepared. The only feedback that I would give is the temperature of my steak and mash potatoes were not as hot as I would have liked them. Great experience, we will definitely be back.

This is now on my must visits when I am in town for work. Very friendly and service oriented staff. The steak is cooked perfectly. They really know their wine and paired a fantastic bottle for us. Then when you are done, get a cocktail and a cigar in the cigar lounge. It was a great dining experience.
