We asked to grab a mimosa and sit outside with our pups. Didnt need to be waited on. Just needed a drink to pass the time before our meeting. Was told “you cant have a drink outside”. Absurd. “Dont spend money at our establishment. Go somewhere else”. They need a lesson in customer service.

ever since new management took over, it's terrible to go to. We used to love it. it's a shame. It's unwelcoming, they now refuse to serve at their tables outside, and they have zero hospitality skills (wouldn't even serve to-go coffee).

first time in this placeThere was no space and the host offered us a line to go waiting, they passed people in front of us so they could sit at the bar. Once inside we ordered two coffee drinks and a piece of cheesecake for 40 dollars and the ice cream and coffee drink is disastrous. .

Less attentive and unmanaged service at the entry. The lady told us to wait outside as they could only accommodate few people for the to go.At the same time they were letting people pass who were not in the line. I totally understand weekends can be crowded but this was super frustrating for people who were courteous enough to wait. Love their dunwoody location as they are attentive even with the weekend crowd. Would not recommend this location.

Went last night to the Alpharetta location. The food was absolutely amazing. We started with an espresso martini that was off the charts. Our entrées and Dessert were well worth the hour drive!
