I used to treat myself and pick up dinner before going in to work overnight. The food is good, and as long as they don’t have to manage anything, the workers are nice. However, I’ve made a new routine without Cava in it based on my last experience. I ordered a single bowl online via the app at 6:50. The app had 7:15 as an option for pick up. I had to be at work at 8, perfect. I showed up at 7:20, and quickly realized I was one of a half dozen people waiting. One lady said she was waiting for 40 minutes. The line was out the door, and they were deliberately avoiding eye contact, so it was impossible to get any info on the status of the order. At 7:33 I asked the boy at the register to cancel my order. He said they were making it now and refused to refund my order. At 7:40 I had to leave to ensure I got to work on time. I told a stranger to enjoy my bowl if it ever came out. While I was there, and a few times after, I tried to call the store to speak with someone about this, but no one ever picks up. So I’ll leave this review and say if you go at a down time you’re in for a treat, but during busy times they haven’t at all prepared their workers to accommodate customers.

We had multiple issues with portion size, wrong ingredients, etc. But they fixed everything. No more issues with DoorDash or takeout. We're regular now!

I’m only giving it three stars because EACH TIME I ORDER online I am WAITING FOR SOOOOOOOOO LONG. So I’m leaving this review as I wait AGAIN. And don’t worry I won’t be waiting again because forget this online order. Plus, the portions don’t match the price. I’ve been to better locations.
