2 Stars for failing to include in the bag the requested ChikFila sauce. I ordered through drive-thru, was craving the souce, and after a 10 min drive, there was no sauce in the bag!
so I honestly used to love Chick-fil-A but they have changed their chickens now they have antibiotics that are apparently not harmful to humans but who wants hormones in their chicken that’s not harmful I want the original chicken if you don’t bring it back you’re gonna lose my family as a customer I think it’s disgusting to serve this

The people I run into here aren’t great and the drive-thru is slower and less efficient than other locations throughout north Georgia. Overall great place.
I had the #1, and it was delicious! A freshly cooked meal paired with their signature lemonade - what a great lunch. I also was met with great guest service.
Horrible service. Totally missed our order. Made us wait for 20 mins after saying we will ‘run’ your items to you and then nobody came. We had to go back in the rain and let them know again and explain them again the whole order. Not even an apology. Go to other

I haven been here 6 times in 2 weeks. The food is amazing and fresh. The hosts are all welcoming and always respect and take care of every customer.For takeout, i literally had to wait for 30 seconds and my order was ready, thats puts fast in fast food, unlike other chained restaurants.Keep up the good work.
