If i could give this zero stars i would. I stopped here to get food fast before my next shift. They created a new 2nd lane for mobile only that I was unaware of. When I got there it was only me & one other car. I sat there a moment & noticed i was being skipped for my order. I asked the young lady why i was being skipped & she advised it was because i was in a mobile line & would have to go around & get back in line to have my order taken. At this time the line was wrapped around the corner & I had 10mins to order & get to work. She refused to take my order. I had to sit in line in order to even get out of line. When i got closer to the window i requested to speak with a manager. Explained the situation & he said the same as the young lady.I waited mins in line to be refused service. Unable to sit in line for another 15mins & even if I could I wouldnt have.While im here i’ll add any time we have DoorDash from this chickfila we are sent old food. Never fresh as if they know whoever is DoorDashing cant do anything about it so they send the bad food through delivery. Terrible service.

Underwhelmed, small portions. Got chicken strip meal and large fry, the strips were tiny and not even hot and the fries looked like a medium dumped into a large container, also fries were floppy and not crispy. Normally no issue with this or other chick fil a's , but underwhelmed and disappointed in tonight's meal. I forgot to scan my app or could have rated my experience there and I didn't get my receipt. The cashiers should mention to scan your app so you don't forget, that would be helpful.
This is my local stop. Everything is always awesome, and if there is an issue with an order it is handled professionally. I always crave it on Sunday though.
I go to this cfa pretty often on my lunch break, they are usually packed but I can still make it through the line pretty quick. I always get the spicy sandwich w/ fries and the fries are usually pretty good but the sandwich itself is hit or miss. Sometimes it's grisly and gross depending on the filet I get. The service is always good but im not too sure about the chicken fillets here. I haven't tried the nuggets or tenders so maybe I'm missing out lol. Overall pretty ok. I'd give a 3.5/5 if I could
