Not the fanciest place I've eaten but the service is always good and that chicken al pastor is quite tasty. Order ahead during lunch and save time. The drive through is super convenient. The food is a little pricey for fast food but the quality is better than the alternatives.

This is for State Bridge Rd Alpharetta, GA. I am a big Chipotle fan, but this new location has never really been up to par with other locations. I understand that there has been a general decline in restaurant quality and customer service since the pandemic, but this location seems to be worse than most. Chipotle could take a lesson from Chick Fil A. Today they had a really messy line, no chicken, no tea, and dining room was really messy. And this is pretty typical of this location.

They have the worst team I've ever seen, they're mean and disrespectful. The manager needs to hire new people to at least be nice to the customers. I'd rather drive to another location far away from my home instead eat in this place anymore

I ordered Chipotle for the pick up. When I got there I asked the employee where the pick up area was. The tall lady pointed at it without looking or saying anything to me. I waited there for more than 30 mins. It was odd so I went up to that lady again and she asked my name, and she got it from the back. It had been made already. I was really busy that day. I couldn't waste my time. I see why this place has 3 star
I have had this issue in many of the Chipotle locations. The food from one bin falls into the other while they build our orders. This is not at all good for people with dietary restrictions and allergies. I got a Sofritas bowl without any meat. It was an in store order so I was there while they build my bowl. But when I start eating I see Pinto beans in my bowl, Chipotle cooks Pinto beans with Pork so I just had to discard my lunch.. I ordered everything vegetarian with Black beans. When he was building my bowl, Pinto Beans were never added into the bowl, which means they fell into one of the bins sometime before I got the food. The arrangement is simply not good considering how fast they try to build the bowls or Burritos and not hold up lines.Chipotle needs to have a separate section for Vegetarian orders. Similar issue happened multiple times.

I ordered my meal through the Chipotle app on 3/14/24 for the location on Brookside Pkwy. I have used this app for location several times before. This is the 2nd time my order has been incorrect. I ordered a salad bowl with double chicken, double corn and double veggies. I can not understand how my order was made incorrectly when the printout of what I wanted was correct and taped to the top of my container. The veggies were not included, and the corn was a normal order. Even though I ordered double chicken, it was diced so small that I could barely tell that chicken was included. I have learned my lesson and will NOT order anything else from this location.
