I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Although it may seem plain and uninteresting from the outside, the atmosphere inside is really nice and the burgers are absolutely delicious. If you're in the mood for a great burger, don't hesitate to stop by - you definitely won't regret it.

I go to the craft burger off Medlock all the time, almost addicted! I always get 6 honey lemon pepper fingers with honey mustard and they are a 10/10. I got the same thing from this location (minus the honey mustard dipping sauce because they didn’t offer it online) and i was let down. The honey lemon pepper was really salty and i barely tasted any honey, the tenders came soggy and cold (thanks Uber) and the chicken was SLIGHTLY pink inside. Idk if it’s the location, day, or time that caused my experience to be different here but I’ll stick to Medlock.

While I was waiting for my order, one of the cashiers came out with drinks, looked at me, and was drinking her drink. She just stared and said nothing, so I thought it was her break time. I made eye contact with her two more times but she kept me standing and waiting. After a few minutes later she asked if I was ready to order. There was one more customer waiting behind me, and while the other employees were working hard, she was just looking at the customer and drinking. I was really curious about what kind of service spirit she had.
