I like to come over to this place after I work out at the gym get some tacos. It’s hit or miss if the tacos are hot. The food is okay for what it is. It’s a food court. What really bothers me is the fact that they serve everything in plastic. I’m sure they could lower their overhead and upfront consumer cost if they switched to cardboard or paper. None of this is getting recycled. Even if Halcyon has trashcans that say recycle, please know they’re not recycling any of it. It all just goes in the dumpster. If I was running this business I certainly wouldn’t be using plastic unless it was for go orders. What a waste!

Service was fantastic, and the food was even better. I had such an enjoyable time outside on the back patio. The menu is full of fresh Mexican cuisine, and the mini tacos came highly recommended so I had to go for it. The shrimp and the chicken tinga were my favorites, and they do give you the choice of flour or corn tortillas - I prefer corn. They also provide complimentary chips and salsa with multiple different salsas which I really appreciated. The chips are house made and offer the perfect crunch. Drink menu is extensive but full of fresh flavors. What I love the most about this place is that they actually offer to substitute Tito's for any of the tequila in the margaritas/cocktails. I often ask to do this and I usually feel so awkward and ashamed, so I very much appreciate the fact that it's offered directly on the menu and that it's specifically Tito's, which is always my top choice. Lovely spot right near the entrance/parking garage at the Halcyon. Really wanted to try the mango cheesecake but didn't have it in me so will have to come back for some desserts!

I’ve visited twice and been served cold food both times after I ordered something warm. It’s against health code to serve foods at unsafe temperatures and it goes to show that nobody working there has their food handling certification.Reheated foods must reach a certain temperature before they can be served, and even then, a specific temperature must be maintained otherwise bacteria can form. These are simple food safety guidelines that every restaurant is required to follow. CT Al Pastor Taqueria is not following these practices and due to this it may not be safe to consume their products.I left a message with management and am waiting to for their response. Hopefully they can explain why this has been happening and correct their mistakes before making someone fall ill.

Extremely expensive with tiny portions. Beyond that it didn't even taste that good. Very dry and bland.

We dined on a Tuesday afternoon, around 5:30. We were seated quickly and everything else was downhill. Part of our issue may be personal taste - other parts are bad service. I ordered a skinny Marg. A guy with a tray of 3 or four came around and stopped by our table and asked if I ordered a Marg and I said yes. Took a sip (as did the guy at the next table). Wrong Marg. We both sent them back. The salsa tray was pretty but nothing edible due to the extreme heat (and hubby has high tolerance for heat). We each ordered the 4 mini tacos. Husband ate his with difficulty (heat again) and said no other flavors were distinguishable b/c of heat. My fish/chicken were so hot I sent back and requested no sauce. To that end, they were dry and not much flavor at all (BTW was told no other sauces available).During all of this, the waitress didn't return. PERIOD. There are server helpers that walk around and helped me with the new order. My husband never got a single refill - or asked if he wanted one for his DCoke. Poor service, food that was not good. If you love a VERY spicy sauce and salsa, you might like it there but that's all there is, food underneath isn't good. Service was bad.

Cheap food especially on Taco Tuesday's. Kiosk tablets make ordering easy and efficient and service is fairly quick. Lots of available seating at the food hall tables.

Just want to just chill on the green at Halcyon with a frozen margarita and the best tasting street tacos with your family or don't have time to visit the best Mexican Taqueria restaurant in FoCo!?!CT's Al Pastor inside Halcyon’s Market Hall is the solution!

I got the 5 tacos with shredded cheese (an additional $1.50 about $19 total). I got the pollo, shrimp, and carne. While the tacos were pretty good, the sauces that came with it stood out more. Not quite worth the price since the tacos were very small. The tacos also came with free chips!Vegetarian options: Vegetable tacosParking: Garage present

Not sure how you miss an order placed at the kiosk, but 15 minutes later, turns out my order never made it. Wasn’t busy… food is nothing special
