Note: Review is specific to my current day's order. Previous ones have been fine.Ordered a veg pizza (order # 281 today) and got a bacon mixed up with tomatoes. When asked, atleast the manager pretended to have apologized for inconvenience, although there is no good response on whether they can help prevent this by not placing bacon & tomatoes beside each other like they currently are.The person who seems to have made the order doesn't seem to have bothered much about this even after going back to store and showing the mixup.

Pathetic place and horrible people. Order the pizza at 11:20 and went to the store at 11:50 to get the pizza. The worker locked the doors 10 minutes before the closing time and didn't even have the courtesy to let us know that he had cancelled the order. We got a cancellation text at 12:01 and that is how we came to know that our order was cancelled wothout any reason. We kept knocking on the door right in front of him, tried calling up and he didn't even look at us. What bothered me was his sheer audacity of being straight up rude, ignorant and racist attitude.The guy does not like working at all and I think it would be better for your business to find someone else who atleast knows how to acknowledge and treat your customers.BTW I am talking about the big guy who works in the night shift.

The order process is easy and the delivery was fast but the food was horrible. Our pizza was undercooked. The pizza was dry because there was little to no sauce and the thin and crispy was soggy. The pan pizza was doughy. We were not happy.. and it cost $40 ?

Takes at least 3 hrs to deliver pizza..Should be 0 star.I placed an order at 7:45!pm est and didn’t get the delivery or any updates till 8:45 pm. So I called them and they told me that they are running behind and I will get my pizza delivered by 10:30pm - even that they were not sure. The worst part is they don’t care and they told me the best thing is to cancel. If they told me the same at 8:00 pm I would have got food from some where else..Worst

Idk they’re racist or rude this is the 3rd time im getting a pizza here but every time I come in here they don’t greet you they don’t talk to you they come to the counter without saying anything I’m not really coming back here anymore ?
Made an order at 12:40 and it said the delivery would take 25-35 min. After 30 minutes, checked the tracker and noticed it still hadn’t moved. Decided to call the store and was on hold for 25 minutes!!!!! When I finally got through, the guy who answered said there’s only one driver and they hadn’t even started making the food yet. Then said it would be another 45 minutes. Save your time and order from any of the other area locations or even better, get better pizza. What a joke.

Ordered pizza for pickup. Great location with lots of staff. They are busy but attentive. Messed up the order the first time found. They apologized and quickly baked another. Very pleased with the service and prompt attention.

Waited an hour for a medium 2 topping pizza.. the crew in there all running around with their heads cut off .. no customer service no sense of urgency .. terrible crew and manager whole place needs to be re-staffed from top to bottom
