I love this location! The staff are very friendly and efficient. A few months ago I was having a bad day and decided to treat myself to an iced latte; I picked up my order through their drive-thru. The guy that gave me my latte wore a smile and even made me laugh. I never caught his name, but that simple interaction made my day a little brighter! ?

I just went at about 12:15 on Sunday November 19th. My first experience while ordering through the speaker the girl kept talking to her coworkers while I was trying to order which made her repeatedly get my order wrong. When I finally got the chance to pull up to the window she was very rude every time I said “thank you” to her and her coworkers they responded with “yeah”. Lastly the food and two coffees were awful. The food almost seemed hours old especially the hash browns which were soggy, pure oil and completely falling apart. My coffee was absolutely burnt and my partners French vanilla ice coffee ended up being caramel. I get it they are teenage girls but at least pretend to care.
Rude teen girls working there, burnt coffee, wrong order, clumped together and soggy hash browns. Don’t bother coming here - will be contacting corporate with pictures. It was frankly ridiculous.

The worst Dunkin' ever. I purchased a box of one dozen donuts from here. About half of these donuts were half frozen. Probably, these were left over the night before, and they could not even do a good job warming them. It is my understanding that leftover donuts must be thrown away, but obviously, this store does not do that. I will NEVER go back to this store again.
