Don’t eat at this location! Found a piece of plastic in my sandwich on 1/25/2024. Contacted customer service and they forwarded a message to management. Tried calling and no one answered. There has been no resolution.

Usually pretty good but sometimes the cashier doesn't put in your order correctly. Food is always pretty good but can be messy.

I went in to get a sandwich and one of the staff that waited on me was not friendly at all. No customer service whatsoever. She looked like she didn’t want to be at work. I will not go that location anymore. I told the manager he smiled and I said all your staff needs to smile like you.

Would highly consider getting some new employees. All 3 of them had horrible attitudes and the young lady taking our order couldn’t have been more uninterested in what she was doing. Really annoying experience and probably won’t be coming back because of it.

Guy stood there and watched to see if I tipped. Then purposely made my sandwich light because I didn't. So I paid $14 for a big hunk of bread with hardly any meat on it. Doubt I'm going back to this location after getting ripped off like this.

The two gentlemen closing tonight went above and beyond to get me a last minute sandwich. It’s folks like them that turn these corporate chains into local establishments. I’m a loyal customer for life!

We used to love coming here a year ago all the time. The last time we tried ordering was the last time for us. Their service is terrible. I ordered through the app and they didn’t have the ingredients for my order. I called in but they couldn’t process a refund, they said I had to come in to process it. Why would I drive 20 minutes for food they don’t have to get it processed? Either find a way to do it through the app or through the phone. I ultimately went through my bank to cancel the order. This wasn’t the only time - it’s such a hassle now with them never having ingredients. Never ordering from here again.

I believe this is the last time I go here. I ordered a Philly cheese steak on white bread. Got home and discovered it was on a wheat bread or something like it. Ate half and it had a lot of pickles or relish on it which I did not order - not good . I would have taken it back, but the 2 working behind the counter were rude and it was not worth it. When taking my order, he basically just mumbled at me. One whispered something as I sat down and they had a good laugh. (doesn't matter if it was about me, just a rude thing to do in general). When my sandwich was finished, he shouted my name as loud as he could even though I was sitting right in front of him. I said thank you as I was leaving and a long pause and a very harsh "no problem". I rarely write up bad reviews, but this one warrented it. It was Saturday evening between 5 and 6..

This is the closest firehouse subs to my house, literally less than a mile away, been coming here for four years, will never be coming back here, this employee screamed at me, was rude, treats everybody like crap, if he doesn't enjoy his job he should leave, I have never encounter him before if I had I would've never come back , I feel sorry for the owner of the franchise this employee is costing him loyal customers.

Not sure why I keep trying to patronize this location. I've had pretty consistent sub-par customer experiences over the last several years. Some decent service, but way too many bad ones.I tried to visit on Sunday July 16, 2023 between 8:30-9pm. I even tried to call to place my order since I knew they closed at 9pm. Called 3x around 8:35-8:40pm, no answer. I arrived around 8:45pm and they were closed. I saw maybe 3 employees inside but the open light was turned off and the door was locked.Visited today, Sunday July 23, 2023 around 8:25pm and the open light was off, but the door was not locked. I walked in and saw 2 employees, 1 was sweeping and the other appeared to be making sandwiches. Neither spoke or really acknowledged me as I entered. Once I picked out my chips and went to the register, the guy making sandwiches did tell me he would be with me in a moment, at least I think that's what he said. After about a minute, the guy sweeping came to the register to take my order. I had to repeat it a few times. When I got my receipt, I noticed that the items were not correct. I ordered 3 meatball subs, all with light Italian seasoning. The receipt said light marinara. I stepped to the counter to ask the gentleman making the sandwiches to please include the regular amount of marinara, but that it was supposed to be light Italian, not light marinara. The other employee who took my order and good resumed sweeping, repeated "yeah light marinara" and I said no that's not correct, it's just light Italian. Frustrating to say the least. Maybe if they both took the air pods out of their ears they would reduce the need for a customer to repeat orders. When my order was ready, the guy who made them put them on the counter and told me they were ready. I asked if he included pickles (last time we got no pickles) and his response was "mmhmm". Dude. How rude. Open your mouth and speak to your customers. Not sure what is going on at this location, but I'll likely pass it by for other options in the future. The food is good, but I certainly don't feel appreciated or that I'm receiving the basic level of customer service. Y'all need to do better.
