I haven’t had Five Guys in a few years. My daughter suggested it so I agreed. I ordered a Cheeseburger with mayo, lettuce , tomato & grilled onions and a little fry. As is the norm with Five Guys, the fries were hot & fresh & the burger was hot & juicy. This was my 1st time eating Five Guys in Georgia & it tastes exactly like the one in Michigan.

Went to 5 guys for lunch, I asked for a water cup with my meal and yes I know vitamin water is not regular water but I got water then put a little lemonade vitamin water in my cup and the Spanish girl behind the counter lost it… yelling across their restaurant that I can’t do that and it’s not fair I asked if she paid for her drink she just refilled and she said she was going to call the general manager. I asked for him first but I’m on my lunch break so I just asked for a refund. The manager refunding me offered to give me a large cup… I declined(the girl had already caused a scene) … came across the street to Mediterranean burger across the street… same great food(if not better) cheaper price and they give me a cup with the meal free!

They are slower than usual, even for mobile pickup orders. Service is usually accommodating but food is on a decline. The burgers have been really dry lately and the sauces I request are usually on one side and never spread on meat patties themselves.
Second time in his location has not gotten my order correct when specifically noted on the receipt. My body can not tolerate cheese and it is very aggravating that I am having to spend a ridiculous amount of money to have them get my order wrong!!! Plus not to mention this locations food is always slimy and falling apart. I have been to many locations and this one is the worst!!!!

My hamburger bun was so greasy, I couldn't even pick it up or it would have fallen apart in my hands, the little ladies order was wrong and the large fries totally sucked, worse I ever had, the fries were greasy and floppy, first and last time we will ever eat at Five Guys....

The Food is OK ,but the Restaurant is so loud,moving a Chair will wake up the Dead, the Music is so loud ,when you order the Workers can't hear you. Overpriced also.Don't think it is worth going there anymore.

The food is as good as expected from previous five guys experience. The service we fine. But the location is just dirty. There is food and wrappers all over the floor. Tables and chairs dirty from previous use. And the men’s bathroom was disgusting.
