I have given this place 5 chances … 4 time I couldn’t get through the hostess desk. They are all young ( rolled their eyes) and untrained on proper customer service and hospitality. They are like TSA agents guarding whatever is behind them. lolThe wait is always45-1.5 hours and they have a skeleton crew probably why the wait is so long allThe time. The food is mehhhh for the price and level of service you can find food in other places.

The atmosphere here is great but service not so much. We sat on the patio just the two of us. Our server was kind however not very attentive. First our drink order was not correct, secondly food for my husband was incorrect and once brought to our servers attention he put in a new order that was sent back to our table in a to go bag. Seriously?? Nice way of telling your customers to leave. My husband did stop on our way out to let the Manager know for training purposes only but he was not concerned. I would not eat here if you are looking for good service. Such a shame with this great location and good food.

We booked a reservation but showed up at the wrong HobNob in error. The hostess was so kind. They found us a table upstairs on a packed Saturday night. The DJ was great. Service was excellent and the food was perfect. Happy anniversary to us. ?to ?

Great place for a meal and some fun. Service was great, enjoyed the food. They have a few different areas to hang out in besides the main restaurant. I look forward to going back and experiencing it all.
Everything was great except my Caesar salad was mostly the bitter, yellow inner portion of the romaine. The chicken was great and some of the lettuce was edible. Our server was extremely busy so it didn't seem important enough to mention. Everything else was great.

First off, I frequent this establishment with clients often and haven't been treated like this. We just walked in with two kids, and an entire empty restaurant on a Friday evening. The hostess asked if we could sit outside, which we replied no. It is cold and we have two babies! We were turned away. Wow! They said the entire restaurant was reserved inside, THE WHOLE THING. LOL. Thanks, we will head next door from now on. And to the hostess, stop kicking your fingers at the stand, that's against some health codes I'm sure. That's just not good.

Hobnob on a Thursday night upstairs in the 21 & up is such a blast! Came here for galantines night at halcyon and there was a dj and i enjoy the food here! The pretzel with beer cheese is so good! I love the tomato bisque here! Even when the place was packed our server was great and got everything my girls and i needed !
