Wonderful place to grab a treat while shopping at the Avalon. The ice cream here is good quality and our family is a fan of this place. The price is a bit high for ice cream so we don't come very often but it's nice to grab a cone when you're in the area.4 solid Stars!

My husband and I were extremely shocked at how rude the woman was at the store today. We love Jeni's but the worker asked us to step outside and to not take up the seat for customers (we are customers trying to wait in line). We asked for clarification as we were in line like everyone else, and she said "that's what I said the first time". Extremely rude customer service and we will not be returning. I'm an Avalon employee and would never treat customers with an attitude like that. We weren't bothering anyone and were enjoying a date night.

this place has amazing ice cream but horrible service. i went in tonight and the lady completely ignored 4 of us that were in line and started helping the person behind us.

I have several food intolerances and waited 15 minutes to ask what the ingredients are in the waffle cone. When asked, the guy told me it's a dry mix and water. I asked what the ingredients are in the dry mix and he said it's a long list. I then asked if there's a label with the ingredients he can check and he again emphasized that it's "literally a long list" and completely dismissed my request. It was very off-putting. As someone with serious consequences triggered by certain foods, I always appreciate when someone is able to respect my request for ingredients and not dismiss me because they are unfamiliar with food allergies and intolerances. I just walked out and didn't bother to get anything after this experience.
