I came to the store to purchase a sub for myself and my mother. When the lady was making the sandwich some of the condiments fell on the counter. When I told her about it, her manager because rude and said we make the sandwich on the counter and it was clean. I asked for the sandwich to be remade and was given more attitude. When she started remaking the sandwich she touched various products and never changed her gloves...disgusting. I did notice that her attitude quickly changed for the white customer behind me.

I'm 60 years old, and I never witnessed what I just did at this establishment in my entire life.Never!The two black male employees working behind the prep line were yelling at each other, fighting in front of customers while we all waited for our orders. To Go order tickets were printing and running off the counter as they fought for 20 minutes!!!Screaming! Created the worst atmosphere I've ever experienced in a restaurant. Ever! Acted like animals!I'll never visit this location again! Never!Then, they ask all of us what we ordered!!! The tickets were all over the place! Floors were filthy!I canceled my order, and I watched UberEats and DoorDash drivers tell their customers they better cancel because they'll never get the orders given the fighting.Ownership of this place obviously doesn't care. It shows!

If you enjoy getting food poisoning, this is a great place to visit.The sandwich line was dirty and I should have left as soon as I saw it, but I ate the #9 sandwich anyway and paid the price. 30 minutes later I was nauseous, nearly puked everywhere at Kroger and got really bad cramps. Not a good experience. As nice as the staff are, I won't be returning.
I really hate being this person but I’ve never had a bad jersey mikes experience until today. I ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap, add onions, no tomatoes and pickles and ranch on the side. Nothing crazy. I ordered online and picked it up on my break. Drove back and realized it was on a wheat sandwich. Drove back to get it corrected because I paid almost $15 for this. It was remade but still all wrong. There was no Buffalo sauce on it. Pickles on it. Just very disappointing. The people working were very kind though. I unfortunately didn’t have time to go back and have it corrected for a second time.

Ordered sandwich for pick up. Mikes Way, add Mayo. Got home and open sandwich. Meat and cheese on bread. Nothing else. I wouldn’t leave the review usually, but this is second time it’s happened at this location. Most disappointing sandwich ever. I won’t be back.
