Amazing Amazing Amazing!!!Very clean and friendly environment!!! Would highly recommend to anyone in the area. We had a lunch with our company today and everything was so fresh. I ran into the owner while I was in there and he is an amazing person you can tell he cares about his staff and customers like there family. Thank you to the whole Jimmy John’s staff for an amazing experience. Will definitely be returning for another sub!!!!

Worst customer service I’ve experienced! I have been a customer since I moved to GA in 2012. This is the first time I have ever ordered from this location & I won’t ever again! They made me wait over 30 mins to get my order bc they had another order from my company come in. Yet charged each of us $4.99 for delivery!!! Then laughed when I call explaining my concerns!! I will be sharing this on my social media Food review page as well! Hey a little kindness & understanding could have saved you customers!

Excellent food, great customer service and super speedy sandwiches.I went here to pick up sandwiches because the one closer to my house was closed due to staffing issues. I walked in, ordered and was back out the door in under five minutes. The person who took my order also engaged me to find out how my day was going - super nice.The food at JJ’s has always been good so this was a great experience all the way around.

I ordered a BLT with cheese yesterday & you know they extra for cheese. Anyways they forgot to put the cheese on I called and they said come in tomorrow and we’ll fix that for you and I said thank you do you need anymore information and she said no you’re good just come in tomorrow! I went in today to the same jimmy johns that messed up my sub the day before and told them “hey I called yesterday you, you guys forgot cheese” they seemed very confused and kept telling me nobody here knows about that. Long story short no matter what you guys should’ve helped me out as a loyal customer of jimmy johns! This JJ shop on Main Street has the WORST customer service and the women there are very rude and distasteful. ITS JUST A SUB YOU EITHER HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS OR LOSE YOUR CUSTOMERS. Please fix you customer service. Thank you.
