We were missing a large mash & gravy. When we pulled back around to let them know all the employees and manager were to busy arguing about who messed up to fix the problem. I finally told them it wasn't necessary to argue about it to just give us the food so we could be on our way. The manager told them to close the window and if we wanted to speak to him to come inside. So we went inside, he refused to speak to us for several minutes. So we asked for our money back and he said "gladly". He was so rude and unprofessional. I will never go back.

Then we were over charged by the associate adding extra items to my order, they added an extra drumstick to our kids meal charged us for a chicken little value meal to include fries & drinks, and added an extra side of fries, none of that was authorized by me the customer. My customer experience with KFC today, this location is fraudulently trying to increase sales by adding extra items you did not request. I do not recommend this location and if you do by chance order food here, check your receipt thoroughly before leaving this store.

I wanted to just thank the workers at this KFC, who despite not having enough staff recently to even open the dining room, the ones who are working are hussling and being very efficient for drive-through and the dining room.

Being generous because the server was friendly and polite. Usually like KFC, but the order was completely wrong (2 out of 5 items were correct) including the chicken. Foods was fair. Sorry guys.

Great service this evening! We just ordered a small amount of chicken but it was very good. The pieces of chicken are normally very very small. But tonight they were about the same size as the other chicken places. We went through the drive through and the service was very fast. When we got to the window I paid and they had the chicken ready. It normally takes a lot longer. The server very and the food was above average and also much better than we normal get at KFC! Based on tonight’s visit I would recommend this location. It seems their service and chicken has gotten better. The chicken was hot and fresh as well. The drive through staff was also very curious and friendly. So based on this visit, which was at 6:45 pm was good! I would recommend this KFC per our visit today.

Chicken - tasted like cardboard.Biscuits - tasted like cardboard.Fries - tasted like cardboard.Sweet tea - they ran out and subbed unsweet tea.And they forgot to include any dipping sauces.Bad food, bad service, and I'm not exaggerating.Do yourself a favor and find literally any other restaurant. There's a Chick-fil-A a few doors down.

This location is bizarre. So I've gone here several times for lunch and they're always on point. But their evening staff are just straight up fishy. They always say they're out of chicken. Or one time I drove up and discovered all of the employees were sitting out in a car and one of them throws open a door and says "hi can I take your order" what the heck???

If you want to go to a KFC with no chicken at dinnertime and also get a real bad attitude from the restaurant staff, then this is the place for you! I have never been so mistreated at a restaurant in my life. I don't have high expectations from fast food restaurants (well Chick Fil A is an exception because they hire good staff), but this is the first one to shock me with such a horrible experience. And why would a KFC at 6 pm with no customers not have chicken ready? Apparently because the only person who makes chicken was on break sitting at one of the tables sipping a soda and smoking a cigarette.... IN THE RESTAURANT! Then he has the audacity to laugh at me and say "have a great day!" I don't know who manages this location, but if they worked for me, I would fire them in a heartbeat.

I drove up to the drive through there was a note that said closed until 3pm. I came back after 4 and placed an order. The food was terrible, it was not fresh the biscuit was leftover and was reheated and tasted bad as well as the chicken was reheated. Very disappointed.

My lunch was awful. I ordered a 3 pc original combo. The chicken was dark, hard, and thick. It was like the batter was no cooked correct. O tried removing the skin to eat the drumstick ? but I couldn’t. I called the restaurant 3 times but no one answered.?
