Switching to Publix. Self checkout is a disaster. If you scan while holding something near the bags it will accuse you of stealing while replaying an overhead video. It's one thing forcing their customers to do their work for them, but it's another to accuse me of stealing oat milk.

Offers Instacart delivery. Carries rice and nori for making sushi & sesame oil plus brownie mix.

I’ve witnessed the employees yell at eachother near self checkout, the other customers are miserable and try to argue with you when you’re not even talking to or about them, teenagers are in the parking lot shooting nerf guns at customers. So much entitlement in this area it’s ridiculous. If you’re not a basic Alpharetta or Milton person and don’t fit their “normal” customers and employees alike will literally just stare at you. It’s so weird but makes sense for the area considering they’re not open to diversity. The only thing good about this location is that the store manager is very kind and helpful.

worst place ever. i can't go into this store anymore. want a few quick items? expect to wait 20 people deep for self checkout. want to buy a lotto ticket? good luck as there is never any customer service behind the desk. try to make a return good luck. goto buy a bagel for breakfast and the bakery lady will say we haven't made those yet. goto the meat dept and get some grumpy dude if you can find him grudgingly helping you. this place is bottom of the barrel

Great store. Good staff, entertaining parking lot guy playing rap. Must be in his late 70’s

I visited this location this morning and was struggling at the self checkout with the Kroger app. Lynda was super patient and helpful and took great care of me before my frustration over a non intuitive app took over. Thanks Lynda!

I can say this is one of the best locations I have been to anywhere. Workers are friendly and asked if I needed assistance. The store is clean and huge! Also very organized and easy to find stuff. There's also a big deli area that I believe I saw a variety of cuisines being offered. Haven't really seen that at any other locations. I went in on a weeknight evening around 7pm and it wasn't too crowded. There was a truck outside that seemed to be delivering as well. Seems like they keep their shelves stocked pretty well as I didn't see a single empty shelf. It was a breath of fresh air going to this location and has renewed my faith in the store again. I'll definitely shop here again and would highly recommend to others.

Customer service at the pharmacy is AWFUL. Whatever woman was there around noon named Sarah (or maybe Cyd something) was completely incompetent and rude. Will be switching our medications elsewhere.

Just like any other large scale Kroger. Has anything you need, with some suggestive selling points throughout the store. It's a good store, usually does not have a lot of finesse. I would not compare this to a upper level grocery store like Wegmans or Marianos (however, Kroger's owns Mariano's) They can do better but this is just a mid sale store has everything you need at decent prices. Can't go wrong here at the crabapple store.

The prices are better than Publix with the selection about the same. I admire them for hiring a diverse work force and in particular staff with special challenges.

I love our neighborhood Kroger in crabapple! They're always stocked and they have the friendliest and most helpful employees.
