Will not order here again. 3 orders in a row with substandard food. With this last order, everything was on time, but the quality was terrible. Crazy bread was entirely plain - no butter, garlic, or parmesan. The specialty pizza had almost no cheese on it and less than half the number of pepperoni slices advertised. I should have done a quality check in store and refused the order. I guess I'll just refuse to ever return.

Go to get take out get told it would be 45 minutes and rude about it. Went Publix next door got frozen pizza and bread sticks. Both done in 35 minutes yes cost little more but not hot and ready like I was promoted on the tv so yea not hot ready !!

Under new “management”. Food takes FOREVER !I already know the food at little Ceasars isn’t going to be great. But it’s quick, around the corner and I get it for the kids on busy days. But whoever took over has no idea how to run a business. I’ve been there a few times since the switch and each time there’s 6 or 7 people waiting in the tiny space for them to fix a botched order, stare at the register like they’ve never seen one before, or just for someone to decide to stroll up to the counter from the back. What used to take 2 minutes ended up taking 30. Like I said, the food was never great, but now it’s not quick or easy either! No thank you

Pizza was fresh, although I ordered ahead when I got there my cheesy bread wasn’t done. No biggie because when I say they were DELICIOUS!! The person that helped me was also very friendly and gave me some Twix cookie kinda thing for the wait on my bread!!

I will never eat here again. Ordered at 5:30 pm online, went to pick up at 6 pm. Many people waiting, most for an hour who physically ordered there. I waited till 6:49, person at the front asked me my order 4 times and I kept telling him (two Detroit style pizzas and a crazy bread). He would go back and get other people’s online orders that still weren’t ready and then after waiting he never gave me my Detroit style and instead gave me four crazy breads. When I tried to tell him they aren’t the same thing he just kept telling me they were and I need to take that until I finally gave up and just wanted to go home. Another many he tried to give the wrong food to and got upset when the guy pointed it your to him and another got yelled at for using credit and not cash. One of the cheese breads wasn’t even cut and all of them had been sitting in the oven at least as long as I had been there (so if it was the same he could have just given them to me the whole time). Visited on September 2,2022.

This location is under new management. I met Keisha today and she was very friendly. Under the last manager, it was always hit or miss with the breadsticks. The inconsistency was excruciating since, for me, the breadsticks are the make it/ break it. I was SOOO happy when I got to my car and found the breadsticks are cooked to perfection. Not flat and droopy, not parmesan free. They didn’t try to “make them healthier” skimping on the butter. They were heaven. Thank you new management! I know at least Kesha knows how to cook them. Awesome job.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife placed an online order for immediate pickup on Sept 2 at 5:32. The app told her the order was ready when she arrived 20 minutes later. The food was not ready. In fact, they didn’t even have her order. She didn’t leave the location until 6:50, and, even then, it was because they refused to simply refund and cancel the order. They yelled at anyone who ordered online (if they don’t want to offer that functionality, then they simply shouldn’t), including my wife.We ordered Detroit style pizza (1 pepperoni/1 cheese) and an order of crazy bread.Dozens of people came in after her who ordered after her and they got their food (not without difficulty). For my wife, however, they were combative with her, they asked her what her order was 4 times (including making her wait 20 minutes just to ask her the first time what her order was), and they tried to give her less food and ultimately gave her the wrong food that they tried to convince her was the right food (cheesy bread with pepperoni on it). It was burnt extra crispy, no sauce on it, and they just tossed pepperoni on the top and demanded she take it.Little Caesar’s isn’t the best pizza, but it’s a decent price and will do in a pinch. But if the decent price comes at the expense of any resemblance of anything representing normal human decency in customer service (which this location completely failed at showing), it’s not worth it.

Awesome pizza, awesome price!!!That comment was a year ago. Now, as of Aug. 23, 2022, it's under new ownership and a complete disaster! Waited 45 minutes. Came home with pizza half cooked. Awful! The girl taking orders was nice but the cook could not cook or speak English. Multiple people came and couldn't get their pizza ordered on line or get waited on. Several walked out. The girl was trying to hold the fort down but at the mercy of total disaster. What a shame!!

Ordered a custom pizza with a stuffed crust. It was ready on time for me to pickup. Got it home to realize it had everything except for the stuffed crust part. I called and asked to have my pizza remade and was told, "I'm a little too busy right now." I was given the manager's number. I'm not sure how busy they really were, but when I walked in to pickup the lobby was empty and the only order in the pizza portal was my own. Called the owner to get a refund and was told we would be called back and still have not received a call back over an hour and a half later. Staff at the store could not issue a refund. I ordered a new pizza on the website and picked it up in under half an hour. Still waiting on my refund.
