Miserably slow for lunch. Took 45 minutes for 3 burgers in addition to waiting 15 minutes for the check. A Tuesday lunch should not take an hour and 20 minutes. Burgers were mediocre.

We were seated within 5 minutes of arrival due to the cancellation of the party ahead of us. Once we placed our order, the waiter brought us our drinks and bread very promptly. After about a 15 minutes wait, the waiter came back and told us that the large party across the room took all the capacity from the kitchen and it'll be about 45 minutes wait for our food. We almost fell asleep waiting for our food. Upon arrival, it was just luke warm. My daughter ordered the Longhorn Ribeye medium rare but it came light pink and luke warm. My husband ordered regular ribeye medium rare and it came well done. Mine was the Floe Filet mignon medium but it came well done!My husband sent his back for another steak. My daughter and I ate half of ours and packed up the rest to go. We couldn't wait to get the heck out of there!Needless to say, it'll be a long long while before we'll be back... if ever!

Stopped by for a quick dinner, however it took about 12 min before we were even greeted by our server, it was around 8pm and wasn't busy. We went ahead and ordered and got our salads and bread before our waters, which we had to ask for again. The server was friendly and the food came out quickly and was on par with what is expected.

I’ve only eaten at this location twice. One time inside and again for takeout on March 2, 2024. The food was good the first visit, but our server rarely came to check on us on a night when there was only three other tables seated. Last Saturday, we ordered six steaks for a birthday celebration. When we arrived for pick up, we were told the kitchen was running behind. We were offered a drink in the car while we waited. I did like the communication and trying to make it right. We were not upset at all. There were five other cars there in the same situation. We ordered 4 med and 3 med well. They were all off. Med well was med and med was med rare. It said on the website that maybe I l should order med instead of med well because it still cooked on the way home. I declined. I wanted it med well. .I don’t like for someone to tell me how I like my steak. I like it the way I like it. So I’m not sure if it was the cook because it was busy or just because they thought they knew more than I did. I live five min away. It wasn’t going to cook that much more. I will say the young lady that brought our food out was great. I also didn’t like that I didn’t get to choose how much I wanted to tip her. It was automatically added in at 10%. I probably would have done more or less if they were not a good server , but I would like the choice.

We was a party of 15 a lot of our plates had food we ordered left out and the pork chops was small and tuff. They got our drinks mixed up, served us our food everybody ate except one guest they completely forgot her meal. The service was bad.

I have been to this establishment twice and the food and service were excellent both times. The food was delicious and the portions were grand. Also, the manager was very engaged and checked on the customers. Would recommend for a simple date night or nice family dining.

I have always ordered curbside to-go from this Longhorn. To-go service is decent, though I did once receive a baked potato instead of broccoli side. Steak is always cooked just right. Ordering and pickup process is easy.
