Earlier this week my husband and I celebrated our 4-year anniversary at Luci’s Steakhouse. While the food was decent, the manager's lack of attention and cold demeanor towards us was disappointing. As the only minority couple in the restaurant, we felt overlooked. The main entree was subpar, and the garlic mashed potatoes tasted like instant. Every guest should receive equal treatment regardless of background. I hope the management considers this feedback for a more inclusive experience. Thanks to our waiter Keith for amazing service.

Very disappointing for the price paid.Large party of friends on a Friday night with the restaurant a third full. Appetizers were solid. Calamari was good. Meatballs were solid. Friends ordered the lamb lollipops and really enjoyed them. Had to ask three times for limes for my drink. I was part of a group that ordered the tomahawk steak for their main entree. $200 steak that claims to be 42 oz although it would seem that 30 ounces were in the bone itself. Really sad part...not only was it small, but it didn't have much flavor. Plus, it was dry as they precut it before bringing it to the table. If I had gotten it at Longhorn and paid $25...I would have said, "it needs salt and pepper, but it is fine." The fact that I paid $200 just blows my mind. Sides were fine. Brussel Sprouts good. But portion size for $12 sides was way too small. 5 spears of asparagus?Desserts were good although the lava cake didn't have any lava. Better advertised as chocolate cake with ice cream. Finally, they refused to split the check. $1200 bill and you won't split the check? Are you joking? All in all...very disappointing for the price you pay. At least give me a dinner mint on the way out.

Happened upon Luci's on a business trip. So many steaks and house specialties. Aged meats looked wonderful hanging in the fridge up front. Lots of tasty cocktails. Settled on airline chicken. Bit pricey. Amazing sides. Try the Chilli spiced Brussel Sprouts.

I’m really not the one to write reviews, but just something about this place is making me express my upsetting experience at Luci’s. Once we got seated it took about 10-15 mins for someone to come acknowledge and give us water. Another 10 mins for someone to get my cocktail drink. Then we were going to order an appetizer, but for someone to come get that order it took another 15 minutes so by then we decided to just go straight to order our entrees. I would give Lucis a 4 out of 10 on service. My husband and I have gone to several nice restaurants/steakhouses and service has always been top tier. Lucis was lacking in this aspect and if they were better on approaching to say sorry for the wait or just acknowledge us it would’ve been better. I got the pork chop and it was good, a 8/10. My husband got the NY strip, he gives it a 7/10. Leaving this place spending too much with the service and food we received. We won’t be back.

Luci's outshined Bones from our wedding dinner. We came for our anniversary and we plan to be back every year! Thank you Miguel and the other wait staff. Without you the experience would not be five star. The food was delicious and worth every penny.

Took a good friend there... having spent a lot of time in Italy, their dishes were a pleasant surprise. The steaks, appetizers, pasta were all very well-seasoned, fresh, and memorable. Loved that they had Quilt wine for a very reasonable price. The only thing I will not get again is the tiramisu... if it's not real lady fingers and mascarpone, don't serve it. The bread (nit-picking here) should be outsourced to a good Italian baker... or made in-house. Our server was very attentive. The atmosphere got 4 instead of 5 stars as the music was loud, but at least it was live! We will be back!

The atmosphere was great; the service was great. However, the salmon was the worst I've ever had. I guess you don't go to a steak restaurant and order salmon.

Went to enjoy the Alpharetta Restaurant Week. The location, ambience and service was exceptional. The dinner we ordered was the filet mignon, medium. The meat served was well done with a gravy (not described on the menu). It was not palatable, hard to cut and just not great quality. The waiters agreed and apologized. Another steak was brought out with the same results. My wife ate there a week ago and said it was amazing. The quality of meat was not the same. Maybe for the restaurant week to save money they used a poor quality of meat that wasn't a filet. The waiters were amazing and apologetic.

Ordered filet au poivre. I prefer a classic au poivre preparation where the peppercorns are ground into the steak vs “au poivre sauce” - here they do the sauce which wasn’t as good but it was “ok” - the steak itself wasn’t top quality and a tad overdone but also “ok” (maybe expectations are a little lower in the burbs vs a big city steak place) sides were good and the server was a delight. If you are expecting this to be Bones (Atlanta's best) then you’ll be very disappointed but it’s not terrible. If I were in the area, I’d return. I think Bones runs abt $200 pp with wine and tip etc etc and my tab here was $175 (all in). It would’ve been worth the extra to have had A-plus vs B-plus which this was.

Pretty formal setting for our liking on one hand, on the other hand there was no cocktail/wine menu to select drinks. We “celebrated” our anniversary there but apart from a congratulations there was no minimal effort from the staff’s part. Appetizers were good. Steak was ok, although I ordered it well done yet it was pink on the inside. The lamb came with no side whatsoever apart from a little bit of sauce. Weird. Desserts were big and good but the lava cake was more like a sponge cake, not soft and creamy on the inside. Overall pretty expensive for what you get.

The service here was phenomenal. The bread and appetizers we ordered were amazing, but the shrimp and lobster pasta entree I ordered was so spicy I couldn't even eat it. My fiancé loves spicy food and it was too spicy for him to eat also. Multiple people asked how the food was after noticing I had hardly touched it, and didn't want to take it to go. I was honest with the waitress and I told her I had no idea it was going to be that spicy and I could hardly eat it. She apologized, but didn't offer any sort of solution. I was very surprised by this. I was disappointed that I spent so much on this meal and didn't even eat an entree. For that reason I probably wouldn't return.

This was an outstanding experience and highly recommend for any occasion. We started with the lobster bisque which was amazing with ample lobster. My son enjoyed the filet, my wife enjoyed the sea bass and added scallops, while I enjoyed the cowboy ribeye. All were cooked spot on and seasoned perfectly. Do the 7 layer chocolate cake for dessert!
