I ordered a pizza without cheese (because I'm allergic to dairy) and it arrived with parmesan and romano cheese sprinkled on top. This really frustrated me because I placed my order over the phone and the manager that I placed the order with questioned me for clarity I ordered the pizza saying: no cheese whatsoever?! I assured him "yes, no cheese whatsoever." I've grown to get used to it because I get it....it's a bit unusual to order a cheeseless pizza lol. Instead of waiting for Marco's to make another one, I requested a refund. The delivery driver came back to my house to deliver my refund but before he gave me my money he said that he had to "inspect" the pizza. I said "there's nothing to inspect, I know what cheese looks like." He then said "your money was also fifteen cents short and there wasn't any tip, a TRUE N*****!" I know that my money wasn't short and I know that there was a tip included - which by the way is not mandatory. All I could think to say was to tell him to get off my property before I called the police because even if my order was truly fifteen cents short, why would you jump to shouting racial slurs at me over FIFTEEN CENTS?!! I will NEVER order pizza from this place and if you're BLACK, I would highly advise against ordering from this establishment because this is how their staff views us. TRASH ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!!!

The workers that work at this place are trash and rude. I walked in for pick up order and the white guy completely ignored me. I said excuse me to get their attention over 3 times. I had to walk behind the counter to the baking area to get assistance and when I finally got it, the large white lady says “what”. I will never come back to this dump of a location, you’ll be baking pizzas for life with that attitude jerks! DO BETTER!

The service is terrible and the food worse, I ordered the chicken parmensan garlic wings and they looks very different from the picture, also they made a mistake with the sauces twice.

The young lady, has poor customer service, not friendly, I had to ask for a bag, she just handed it to me. I ask her a question about something on the menu, she just say no. Pizza was good $15.00 4 a small, could have had better service!

Ordered 8 pizzas for a little boys and all of his friends birthday party. It arrived perfectly hot fresh and delicious!The delivery person was most friendly and courteous.Great job Marco's!!

Really like the pizza but when the wait for delivery is consistently over 2 hours, it's not worth it. Literally live 2 miles down the road. I don't understand why delivery can take so long considering other pizza places take 30 mins to deliver. Really really sucks because the pizza is good but not worth 2 hours wait EVERY TIME.
