Rudest drive thru workers. Didn't give me the correct order, but gave me attitude. I had a drink order. Asked not to get a carrier a I could put them in the cup holder. Worker said easier for him. Harder for me to drive with them. Cashier wasn't any nicer. Did not appreciate the sigh and the eye rolling. I noticed that this location doesn't have a great rating. Maybe management should look into this.

I order a cheese burger no onions extra ketchup and fries no salt my fries had salt the cheeseburger bun was hard I asked for it to be remade the manager had an attitude and my replacement had no mustard no onions no pickles and no cheese like what very poor service high disappointed I wish it would let me add a picture

Im a bit disappointed with the management of the playplace. I’ve been here three times since moving to alpharetta, and the two first times were ok during the day. Today I came back with my children (3 & under) for dinner and play and found the place dirty, food all over the floor, air conditioning and lights turned off. Asked the manager twice to turn the lights on, and he said “bear with me” but the place is not even busy! It seems like air conditioning has been “broken” for a long time, according to him. It just seem like they want us gone, but our entire family got food and would love to enjoy an hour here.. unfortunately leaving now.

Everything about this particular location made me like Mickey D’s again! The service was great the workers very polite and they were happy to do their job ??
The Mexican lady talked to me as if I was trash an treated my husband nice! will never spend another dime there as long as she works there! She gives a bad vibe and the racism is not necessary I guess she thinks she’s a white woman. News flash you’re not and the country you come from is trash so how dare you look down on somebody!! Wow McDonald’s managers are better than other people now!
