My son and I waited over 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches and 3 orders of fries. The counter person made up some excuse, but I clearly have a number on the table. Thanks but no thanks for the extra apple pies. Service sticks here!

My order consisted of the wrong items. I returned two weeks later to remedy the mix-up (the restaurant is well out of my way) and they told me they would not give me a refund or correct the order. The manager was horribly rude, saying ‘What! No, you waited too long!’ Disgraceful.

Want to give it zero stars. I am more than understanding when it comes to the food service industry. The customer service was awful and honestly just rude. I made an online order and when I got to the window I was told the item wasn’t available. I asked for the refund and they told me to check the app. I left checked the app and it told me to go to the window. Came back asked manager for assistance and they just said check app. The employee then became rude with me saying I’m holding up the line and I was stupid for not being able to figure it out. I was shocked that he felt that was ok to say to me.

We were here yesterday, we placed an order inside through a machine, but took it home with us. While we were waiting for the order, I looked around the room, it was clean, comfortable, at the entrance there was a corridor with 2 neat cash registers and a delivery table, a separate room for children with slides, climbing frames and tablets on which you could play. And there is a separate room for adults who don’t want to listen to the screaming of children. The food was prepared quickly, the food was delicious, the order was exactly what we ordered. I don't understand why there is such a bad rating here but everything was as excellent as possible! We will definitely come back when we have the opportunity, unfortunately we live 45 minutes away to the south and the service here is not at all the same?Kid-friendliness: There is a large play area for children, separated from the main hall!

Can to pick up an order through the drive thru. They promptly said you have to pick it up inside. When I came inside I was ignored and after asking to be helped. After 10 minutes with no one else in the store they finally started the order which they lied and said was already finished. It was only a kids order of chicken nuggets. Nothing else! Terrible service and workers all the way around.

So I ordered 2 10 piece chicken nugget nuggets from here and when I checked both of the boxes they gave me only 9 in each box. I am mad about that and I payed all that money for only 18 nuggets. My sister as well, ordered the same thing as me and she also got gypped two nuggets. So in total we were gypped 4 nuggets.
