Used to be good, then service got super slow. Decided to give it another try after a bit of a break to see if anything has improved. Service is still mediocre even when the restaurant isn't that busy, food is decent but the prices are now too high for the quality of food you get. I guess it's ok for it being a chain, but I definitely don't recommend nor will I be back

I called the local Miller's Ale to place a to go order, 2 meals, but I was routed a call center who is now handling Miller's phone orders. The call center got both of my orders wrong and I didn't find out until I got home with the food. I called back and was connected to the GM of the local Alpharetta restaurant, Ron. Ron and his staff did an awesome job of correcting the problem and making everything right!

my second visit to a Miller's. quality of food was consistent. I had the Prime burger this time and wow, I loved every bite. our server was very very nice, maybe new ..he was unsure about some of the drinks and food on the menu but overall provided great service. we did captain Jack's buried treasure for dessert. it was awesome!

Had an amazing time at Miller Ale House, all thanks to the stellar TRE! His mixology skills were top-notch, drinks were perfectly balanced, and His ability to remember everyone's favorite drinks was impressive. Not only were the cocktails great, but He was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience super enjoyable. Definitely made the night memorable! If you drop by, make sure to grab a seat at the bar for the best experience!

Wings, undercooked, way too fatty, garlic parm wings had weird white sauce on them,Ribeye had some weird seasoning, that didn’t taste good ate all. Also none of the steak was cooked correctly.Margaritas were decentBeer was good.
