Poor service, poor customer service, and poor flavors. We were excited to try out this spot but left extremely unhappy. Lady at the front is really rude! The prices are extremely high for absolutely no reason.I would recommend driving an additional 10 minutes to Yogurtland.Would not recommend this place at all.

love this shop! i didn’t realize we had one so close, but i will definitely be visiting again! they had an amazing assortment of flavors and toppings, and they all taste very good. my favorite is prob the original tart with strawberry popping pearls on top. the tart yogurt and sugary pearls taste great together. service was also very good. i am very excited to have discovered this place!

The frozen yogurt was delicious! There were tons of flavors and toppings. The place was extremely clean with hand sanitizer throughout. The service is friendly and nice, we will definitely be back!

Yogurt was good, and they have a large selection of fresh toppings. But the employee was talking loudly on speakerphone the entire time we were in the store. Didn’t even pause to ring us up. Won’t be back.

I came in with a 50% off coupon. There was no expiration date on the coupon. The cashier didn't want to give us the discount since he claims it's a month old coupon, but he gave us a 20% discount instead. I mean, this is their coupon, so they should put a expiration if there is an expiration. So we basically got a bunch of frozen yogurt not knowing the coupon wasn't valid anymore. I honestly feel cheated and won't be coming back here anymore.
Very good typical frozen yogurt place I hope they can make it thru the tough winters there's places experience !!!!

I found out this place was open when I received a flyer for the grand opening. I liked that you could get a cup up to $5 free. The yogurt tasted great. The only topping I got was mochi - it was a little harder than normal. Overall, it was an good experience. We had to wait a little once they were opened because they forgot to turn the machines on.

I wanted to like this place but just had a very disappointing visit. Was with friends, they ordered first, 6 of them had frozen yogurt cups. 1 was huge. We went next with our 2 cups of frozen yogurt. It came to $20. 2 cups of yogurt, $20. They were not large amounts nor did they have a lot of toppings. I sat down near my friends and said, wow this place is expensive. Shared what I paid and they said that can't be right, we only paid a bit more for 6. So I brought the yogurts back up to the scale and sure enough it came to $8.93. My kids did have a couple bites before we weighed them again, but my 5 and 6 year old clearly didn't eat $11-12 worth of yogurt in a couple minutes. Not a big deal, mistakes happen. However, the problem comes in that they wouldn't make it right. She called the manager about it and I was told "sorry there's nothing we can do. Maybe your kid's hands were on the scale or something." Not a good customer experience. We take swim lessons next door, go to the movies on that same shopping center and live nearby. We would have been regular customers but will not be back. We'll go to the Chick fil a nearby for ice cream, where you know you'll have outstanding customer service.

This FroYo place is pretty good. I enjoyed the Georgia Peach and the Cookies and Cream flavors. The toppings were very good as well and reasonably priced for the amount we got.

Great frozen yogurt shop! The true test of any yogurt places is what they smell like when you walk in. And this one smells so clean and fresh. All the toppings and ingredients are very fresh. They are priced right and have a great mix of flavors. Located right by the studio movie grill.
